No Change In Sky Bet's Survivor Series 2014 Betting Markets
There has been no change in Sky Bet's WWE Survivor Series 2014 match markets since odds for Sunday's pay-per-view were first published yesterday evening.

Looks like all the other sites are holding back? and also to all the people who use sky bet what is the maximum you can wager on say 'The Authority' to win?

Not sure about maximum bets. Didn't you place £1,000 on Brock Lesnar to beat Big Show with Sky Bet in January?
