Time: PaddyPower.com is scheduled to take final bets just before 11pm. However, last month they were taken down earlier than that.

Time: SkyBet.com is planning to close its book at 1am. It's worth noting that they might be taken down some time this evening for re-adjustment.

Ladbrokes
Time: Ladbrokes.com has the match markets set to close at 7pm. As we're past that time, I am unsure when they'll be taken down.

5Dimes Sportsbook
Time: 5Dimes.com will more than likely have the match markets up right up until the bell sounds for that particular match.
Where: WWE odds are found under 'Pro Wrestling' in the 'Other Sports' section of the betting board at 5Dimes.com
