Friday Night's WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2014 Betting At 5Dimes

There is a mixed bag of results when it comes to looking at how the WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2014 betting odds changed between 11pm Friday and 9:30am GMT this morning.

Firstly, there was no change at all in a number of match markets that are available at the 5Dimes Sportsbook.

The steel stairs match prices remain as they were three days ago. Erick Rowan is still a -270 (1.37 EU, 10/27 UK) favourite to win. Big Show is +190 (2.90 EU, 19/10 UK).

Kane continues to be a +500 underdog to win the chairs match between he and Ryback. The Big Guy is -900 (1/9 UK).

When I checked in with the sportsbook yesterday night, Rusev's odds to successfully defend the US Championship against Jack Swagger had drifted from -2,000 to -1,500 (1/15 UK). On the other side of the market - Swagger had dipped from +1000 (10/1 UK) in to +700 (7/1 UK). These prices have remained stationary since that time.

The Miz & Damien Mizdow were -600 (1/6 UK) to win their WWE Tag Team Championship defence against The Usos (+400 US, 5.00 EU, 4/1 UK). This market also hasn't moved since yesterday night.

The rest of the card has seen action.

The New Day vs Gold & Stardust odds, which were released yesterday, had the newer tag team as -140 favourites. The Friday night bettors wagered on them moving the line to -215 (1.47 EU, 20/43 UK). Their opponents have obviously drifted going from +100 to +165 (2.65 EU, 33/20 UK).

AJ Lee appears to be the bettors' pick to win the WWE Divas Championship bout against Nikki Bella.

The challenger has seen her price drop from the +325 she had been since Thursday evening. She's now +250 (3.50 EU, 5/2 UK). Nikki Bella's odds are now -350 (1.29 EU, 2/7 UK) after being -475 earlier in the week.

Earlier this week, the Intercontinental Championship ladder match had opened with both Luke Harper and his challenger, Dolph Ziggler, given -120. The early stages of betting saw Harper favoured until late on Thursday when money started coming in on Ziggler.

This balancing act has continued as both wrestlers are back to their original -120 (1.83 EU, 5/6 UK) lines.

Seth Rollins' price continues to drop in betting on the tables match.

He had originally been cast as a +500 underdog. He is now down to +320 (4.20 EU, 16/5 UK) after being stuck on +350 from Thursday.

John Cena has gone from -900 to -460 (1.22 EU, 5/23 UK) since open.

The most significant change that has occurred in WWE TLC 2014 betting so far has been in the market for the tables, ladders & chairs match.

On Tuesday morning, Dean Ambrose was a -145 favourite. His foe, Bray Wyatt, had been chalked up at +105. By late Thursday, Ambrose had become the underdog.

Since last night, his price has gone from +140 to +340 (4.40 EU, 17/5 UK). Wyatt's role as favourite has strengthened moving from -180 to -510 (1.20 EU, 10/51 UK).

I am particularly keen to see what happens with this market as I suspect Bray Wyatt going from underdog to favourite has something to do with the betting public knowing about the result of this coming Wednesday's Tribute to the Troops special. Whether this will play into the plans for Sunday is another thing, though.
