Where To Find Royal Rumble Prop Bets For Tonight

With the Super Bowl taking place next week, a lot of gamblers will take particular interest in the side - or proposition - bets that sportsbooks set out for the big game.

A prop bet is, in layman's terms, a wager where you're betting on a result within a game. Not the actual result of the game itself, but rather something to occur - or not, depending on what you have bet - inside regulation.

For example, in next week's Super Bowl there might be a prop bet where a customer can bet on Tom Brady throwing over or under 1 1/2 interceptions in the game.

But that's next week. Wrestling fans can find a number of special bets specific to WWE's biggest match second only to the main event of WrestleMania - the Royal Rumble.

Of the handful of sportsbooks with markets open for tonight's match, a few of them have extra side bets for the customer to entertain the customer.

In this post, I'll explain what each company is offering and share with you the odds.

5Dimes

The 5Dimes Sportsbook is offering its customers two special bets. Both rely on Roman Reigns' performance within the battle royal.

The first prop is asking the customer whether they believe Reigns will throw over seven-and-a-half participants over the top rope. The 'Yes' is currently ranked as a -180 favourite while the 'No' choice, if it wins, will pay out odds of +175.

Prop number two asks the customer whether they believe Reigns will eliminate the most entrants in tonight's bout. At the time of publishing 'R. Reigns' is favoured with a line of -150 with 'Highest other competitor eliminations' out at +110.
If for any reason Reigns ties for the most eliminations, bets on the other wrestler will be paid out. The reason why is because the sportsbook has eliminated a tie from the equation by giving Reigns a 1/2 man handicap meaning he must eliminate at least one more opponent than anybody else for the bet to be settled. This obviously means that The Field is getting a half-man head start over Reigns.

If you're based in the USA, 5Dimes is the only choice for proposition wagers as the remaining sportsbooks restrict customers from your territory.

5Dimes' prop markets can be found within the 'Pro Wrestling' category of the betting board at 5Dimes.com

Paddy Power

The traders at PaddyPower.com have set up two special bets for the match.

The first is a market where the punter can bet on the number the eventual winner will come out in. The full market, and odds, can be viewed below:

The next market on Paddy Power's list is 'Most Eliminations' where the firm has chalked up odds for seven wrestlers (the eighth selection is 'Any Other'). A winning bet is settled if the wrestler you back is the competitor that eliminates the most men from the battle royal.

Here are the current odds:

Both of these prop markets are found on Paddy Power's WWE Betting Page.

Betfair

The odds compilers at the Betfair Sportsbook are good when it comes to prop markets. They have produced numerous prop bets for other events like WrestleMania and have created five for this month's event.

The company's first offering is a prop titled 'How may RKOs will be delivered on the night?' The sportsbook has set the line at 2.5, so customers can choose to bet on the over or under.

At the time of publishing, 'Over' is favoured with a price of 2/9. The 'Under' is 5/2.

The 'Longest time spent in the ring by a single wrestler' special has two options: Over or Under 49.5 minutes. Both options have odds of 5/6.  Take your pick!

The company has also introduced a 'Longest time spent in the ring by a single wrestler' where the customer can choose between three offerings:

Time spent in the ring by any single wrestler 3-way

The sportsbook has also set up a market for customers to bet on the wrestler that scores the most eliminations in the battle royal. Twelve names have been listed. However, unlike at Paddy Power, there is no option for 'Any Other'.

Most eliminations

The final exotic bet on offer is specific to Roman Reigns and asks the bettor 'Will Roman Reigns eliminate 8 or more wrestlers?'

The 'Yes' option has been given 21/20 while 'No' is 4/6.

Betfair's WWE betting odds can be found under the 'Special Bets' section of the Sportsbook menu.

If you are planning to place side bets on tonight's match, or have done so already, I wish you good luck!
