Undertaker's SummerSlam Odds A Different Story Off-Shore

In my most recent post, I noted that the odds for Brock Lesnar winning the August 23rd SummerSlam main event against The Undertaker have shorted at the Betfair Sportsbook.

This would indicate that Betfair customers have been punting on 'The Beast' picking up the W on the night. However, there is a different story with off-shore betting on the match.

Customers of the 5Dimes Sportsbook have evidently been going the other way in their opinion on who will walk away from New York as the victor.

When I last checked in with the company a number of days ago, The Phenom was a -510 favourite with his opponent out at +340. The odds on a Lesnar win have now been written up at +360.

A successful wager on The Undertaker will now pay out at a price of -540. This is a significant difference to the -120 both wrestlers opened up at over a week ago.

There are still over three weeks until the event. That's more than enough time for the consensus to be on the same page.

Or is it?

Brock Lesnar will be at Raw tomorrow, so it'll be interesting to see if anything that happen on the show will prompt any more betting activity on either side.

Odds correct as of 12:30pm BST today. You can find the latest odds under 'Other Sports' on the betting board at 5Dimes.com
