The next WWE pay-per-view is Payback.. It'll take place live from the Allstate Arena near Chicago on May 1st.
As soon as sports betting firms release betting odds for the event, I'll add their names to the list below.
Bwin Sportsbook
The first sportsbook to publish odds for Payback was bwin.com. The company released odds on April 6th - before any match was confirmed. When they first went up, the bookmaker had priced up odds for customers to predict 'Who will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match?' and 'Who will win the WWE Tag Team Championship match?' Clients were given a handful of potential winners to choose from.
The company will release match markets when it becomes clear what bouts are confirmed for the show.

5Dimes Casino and Sportsbook
The 5Dimes Sportsbook released betting odds for WWE Payback on April 27th. Follow this link to read about the release.
At the time of their release, there were eight match markets available for customers to bet on.
The markets can be found under 'Other Sports' on the betting board at 5Dimes.com.
William Hill
The William Hill Sportsbook has been publishing WWE betting markets for many years. Its WWE Payback 2016 were installed on the afternoon of Thursday April 28th and can be viewed by following this link to William Hill's TV/Specials Page.
The company is taking bets on all eight matches set for Sunday. Please note that the traders tend to take the markets down overnight. So if you're looking and they aren't online, it's worth checking back at a later time.
Sky Bet
SkyBet.com opened its Payback 2016 markets on Thursday evening. The firm is also accepting wagers on all eight bouts confirmed for the show. This post will show you what the early odds looked like.

The Paddy Power Sportsbook's WWE Payback odds were first published on Friday afternoon. The oddsmakers have priced up markets for all of the bouts that are scheduled to take place on the night.

The oddsmakers at Unibet.com published their WWE Payback 2016 betting odds on Friday evening. The firm is accepting wagers on all of the matches on the night and has also drawn up prop markets.

32Red Casino
The 32Red Casino has a sportsbook and it has identical odds to those that can be found at Unibet. If you're looking to sign up to 32Red, I recommend doing so via the banner below. The odds can be found under 'WWE' on the 32Red Sportsbook Website.
PartySport
Another casino with WWE betting odds can be found over at PartyPoker.com. The firm has had odds up for quite some time and are a mirror of those that are found at bwin.com.
888Sport
The traders at 888Sport.com have also published odds for Payback 2016. They're idential to the prices that can be found at 32Red and Unibet. However, the welcome offer is the best of the three.

Ladbrokes.com's WWE Payback 2016 odds went up on Friday evening as well.
