Two messages today.

First from 'Anonymous' he asks:

NJPW odds?

My reply:

If you're asking if companies publish NJPW odds, the answer is 'Unfortunately no'. It would be great to have an outright market for the G1 Climax winner or even match markets for the annual January 4th shows, though!

And this is from Jordan:

 Now that Lesnar .vs. Goldberg at WrestleMania 33 is likely to happen - will it be the main event?

My reply:

I doubt it'll be the final match of the night. That should go to one of the two title bouts, especially if John Cena is in one of them and chasing his sixteenth championship.

    Ive read the wrestling observer has mentioned wwe have been discussing Taker vs Styles at royal rumble but nothings been set in stone

    I still strongly believe this will happen to set up Taker vs Cena at Wrestlemania 33.

    Ive had a punt on John Cena being a participent in WM33 main event at 3/1 via Betfair

      To be fair, the 3/1 for Cena to be in the Mania main event has always been worth a punt.

      The hard part has been to determine whether the other party will be Styles or Undertaker.

      On April 9th, I wrote regarding the main event markets:

      I've taken Undertaker at 10/1, John Cena 5/2 and The Rock at 10/1.

      The first two is just in case the company decide to go with the Cena versus Undertaker match they had been hoping to do for this year's event. The final one is just in case they decide to run with The Rock versus Triple H.

    If cena vs taker does in fact does taker place, who is the most likely to come out the victor? Cena has most at stake in my book. Cos I dont see any benefits with taker winning.

      Cena will/should win. Undertaker recently did a short promo mentioning 'Wrestlemania will no longer define who I am' - the translation I got from this was 'It no longer matters if I lose/win at Mania anymore'

    I think it will be Undertaker v Cena at WMania, and also think that's when they will leave Styles V Orton for. Don't see much other choice for Styles on Smackdown.

      It'll be interesting to see what happens with Wyatt and Orton as I can see them winning the tag titles in a little over a week.
