4 Numbers Backed In Paddy's Rumble Winner Prop

Numbers 24, 28, 29 and 30 have been the most picked by Paddy Power customers who are wagering on the 'Royal Rumble 2017 : Winning Number' market.

It has been a few days since I looked at the odds. Based on the betting, the clients are predicting that this year's winner will enter in the latter part of the match.

Number 24 has been cut from 11/1 into 10/1, a win by the person who draws the 28th entry has been snipped from 8/1 into 11/2, number 29 has moved in from 7/1 into 11/s and the final entry point has dropped from 6s into 5/1.

In the history of the Royal Rumble, the numbers 24 and 30 are tied for second with three winners each.

Numbers 28 and 29 have had two each.

Twenty-seven has been the spot where the most winners have entered the match. This selection has seen a victor crowned four times since the match became an annual tradition. However, one of these years was 1994 when Lex Luger (23) and Bret Hart (27) were joint-winners.

The number 27 remains 7/1 as of the time of posting.

  1. The number 30 is intruiging. It has 3 winners, all in the past 10 years - 2007 Undertaker (Also in San Antonio), 2008 John Cena and last year (2016) Triple H. I don't think they will go for another this year. I think they will have Braun enter in the first 15 entries and dominate to beat Reigns elimination record.

    1. It was easy to suggest HHH coming out at 30 last year because of the claim that he influenced his position.

      I'm with you. I don't think they'll go 30 again this time.

Reigns' elimination record will likely be protected.
