WrestleMania 34 Titleholder Odds Released

The oddsmakers who compile prices for Kambi have just published two betting markets where customers can bet on the holders of the two premier WWE titles at the close of next year's WrestleMania.

Roman Reigns is 1/2 to leave New Orleans as WWE Universal Champion.

Reigns being at the top of the board makes sense considering the reports that WWE is planning to have the Big Dog challenge Brock Lesnar for the strap.

The current champ - Brock Lesnar - is 8/1.

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship market has AJ Styles as a 6/4 favourite to be holding the belt as the show concludes on April 8th.

Next up is Shinsuke Nakamura, who is 2/1. Then there's John Cena at 7/2.

I wrote in a post published yesterday that I could see Cena, Nakamura or Styles chasing the World Championship during WrestleMania season. Therefore, them being the top three in this market makes a whole lot of sense to me.

The sportsbook published its Money in the Bank odds earlier today. You can read about them in this post. Baron Corbin is favourite to become this year's Mr. Money in the Bank. If you believe he'll cash in his title shot before Mania, is successful and still holding the strap in the early hours of April 9th then you're looking at a return at odds of 5/1.

The markets are found across all the betting and casino websites that use Kambi pricing. Two examples can be found below:

  1. I think either Roman or AJ will win royal rumble next year

Don't you think it would be stupid on the part of WWE to have Roman win another royal rumble in Philadelphia, the same place where he got booed in royal rumble 2015

  2. They had him win the title in the same building eleven months later...

    1. Both are different crowd IMO.... And crowd doesn't really care about Sheamus....

They can still do it like Goldberg vs Lesnar where royal rumble victory isn't needed

      What do you think ?

    2. & he was cheered like crazy

Reactions don't matter anymore it seems, which is good on them

    3. Lesnar vs Goldberg worked because the latter wasn't the champion at the time the match was set up, so - if Lesnar is still champion at the start of 2018 - it cannot be done this way.

Reigns would have to become a contender somehow.

    4. Probably no 1 contender match at fastlane since Lesnar mostly won't defend title at B ppv

    5. If he's still the champ, they won't have him miss that one imo.

    6. Generally, Lesnar only works for big 4 PPV....

My guess is just like 2016 where Roman won no 1 contender match to face hhh , similarly Roman will win no 1 contender match at fastlane ...

    7. Lesnar's final year includes more dates. I can't see them having him hold the title right through to Mania seaon and not wrestle on the PPV that's sandwiched in between the Rumble and Mania.
