Another Look At An Observer Special For Tonight's PPV

It has been a day since I pointed out that the Kambi oddsmakers had corrected their 'Highest Rated Match' special for WWE Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2017 so thought I'd publish an update where I look to see how the betting has gone so far.

As noted in the aforementioned post, the bookmakers are offering punters the option to bet on Finn Balor .vs. AJ Styles or 'Any Other Match' being the 'Highest Rated Match' on tonight's card.

Highest Rated Match On TLC 2017 Card - Wrestling Observer Betting Odds

It appears the punters have opted to back any of the other matches on the card doing better than Finn Balor and AJ Styles as the 'Any Other' selection was shortened from 13/10 into 6/5 by yesterday evening.

This has pushed 'Finn Balor .vs. AJ Styles' up slightly to 3/5 from 11/20.

The highest rated match on the card will be determined by whichever bout receives the most stars in Dave Meltzer's review of the PPV in the upcoming issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

  1. That's probably Meltzer going for some easy money. He can bet six figures on the any other match selection, and then rate the TLC match 0.25 higher than Finn/AJ. No one would suspect a thing. It takes insider trading to a whole new level, when he can literally bet on his own opinion.

    1. Oh God.

      1. No website that publishes Kambi odds accept customers from the USA.

      2. If you think ANYONE can bet six figures on specials markets like this, you're way off. And then some. And even more.

    2. Take your tin foil hat off buddy, if this was even possible and happened, the odds would absolutely plummet on one selection.
