How Kambi Settled 2 Observer Markets For Clash Of Champions 2017

In the most recent post, I mentioned that this week's issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter - which features Dave Meltzer's review of Clash of Champions 2017 - has now been published. Its release means that all of the Observer star rating specials markets that were available from the Kambi oddsmakers over the weekend have now been settled.

I went through the Over/Under markets in the aforementioned post. In this one, I'll cover the two remaining specials from last weekend.

Highest Rated Match Of The Night

If you read the other post closely, you're sure to have figured out that the fatal 4-way match, which was for the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship, was the highest rated bout in Meltzer's coverage of the show. It received four-and-a-quarter stars.

As you can see by clicking on the image above, the eventual winning selection was installed at odds of 6/5 on Saturday morning. It was backed from the start and was cut to 9/10 by the following morning.

Then - on Sunday evening - punters took a gamble on the other tag match on the card to earn the most stars in the review. This forced the oddsmakers to push the eventual winner up to 21/20.

Any Match To Receive 5 Stars Or More

Another Observer special that was priced up by the Kambi oddsmakers was one where clients could have a bet on any of the matches on the night receiving one of Dave Meltzer's famous five stars (or more!).

The odds were 15/1.

This has obviously been settled as a losing bet for anyone who might have had a gamble.

When available, Wrestling Observer Star Rating markets can be found on the websites that publish betting odds from the Kambi Group. A few examples can be found below.
