Ladbrokes/Coral Publish Rumble 2018 Odds

Ladbrokes has published its 2018 WWE Royal Rumble betting market.

The firm has installed Shinsuke Nakamura at an extremely short 1/4 to win the battle royal.

Other names near the top of the list are: Roman Reigns (4/1), Daniel Bryan (7/1), John Cena (8/1), Dolph Ziggler (10/1), Finn Balor (10/1), Seth Rollins (10/1) and Braun Strowman (11/1).

The names continue all the way down to Barack Obama, who is 2,500/1.

  1. Geez 1/4.. If it turns out true then the winner has been staring at us in the face the entire time for the past few weeks. He's not in my top 3 currently, though.

    1. I stand by what I've been writing for weeks, Nakamura should not be the favourite.

  2. Ziggler not appearing again.... Gaaah I can't resist those 10/1 odds. Had another small punt.

    1. Been looking like Nakamura .vs. Orton long before last night!

    2. You think they can feud to WM?

    3. Yes, because if the FastLane main event is what it appears to be, they aren't going to be in a singles match against each other on PPV until at least Mania.

    4. (If Nak/Orton is going where I think it's heading, of course)

  4. Is it common practice for WWE to tell a venue the planner card? Strikes me as truly bizarre if the rumour is true

    1. They tell venues ahead of time what matches will likely be on the card (all subject to change), but they went one step further with the video.

Last time - from memory - that a main event for a PPV was announced by an arena was the Roadblock 2016 main. It turned out to be correct.

    2. The Roadblock from December of 2016, by the way. Not the one from March.

    3. Cheers for the response.
Surprised it doesn't leak more often if that's the case!
