Charlotte Flair Added To Mania Raw Women's Championship Market

Charlotte Flair is now available to anyone who would like to bet on her being the WWE Raw Women's Champion at the end of WrestleMania 35 in a special betting market that can be found on the websites that publish betting odds from the Kambi Group.

The wrestler's name had been a conspicuous absence when betting first opened for this market last month.

She has been installed as a 6/4 second-favourite. The current favourite is Flair's heavily-rumoured dance partner for Mania - Ronda Rousey.

I noted in a post published on Monday that Kambi had taken down the market. I assumed that this was a reaction to reports that Rousey was only on a one-year contract that would have meant Rousey's time with WWE would have ended on - or close to - WrestleMania Sunday 2019.

The report started with something Ric Flair had said. I pointed out that there was evidence out there to suggest Flair may have been incorrect and Rousey's deal was longer than the Nature Boy believed. This was confirmed in the current issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter when Dave Meltzer wrote that Rousey's deal is a 'multi-year' contract.

I mentioned in the very same post that, if Rousey really was parting ways with the company in 2019, then the real favourite to walk away from Mania as champion should have been Flair due to Rousey .vs. Flair being the favourite to headline the April 7th event.

On top of that, Flair is favourite to win the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble. If Flair is the victor next January, she has an option to challenge for the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 35.

The adjusted market can be viewed by clicking on the table below.

As you can see, Rousey's price has been snipped from 2/5 into 3/10 since the most recent adjustment.
