Charlotte Flair Now At 11/8 In TLC Wagering

Charlotte Flair is now 11/8 to win the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship at WWE Tables, Ladders and Chairs on December 16th.

In a post published yesterday evening, I pointed out that Sky Bet had installed the former titleholder as a 3/1 second-favourite to win the tables, ladders and chairs triple threat match against current champion - Becky Lynch - and Asuka. At the time, Lynch was 2/5 and Asuka was out at 6s.

I felt that Flair was priced high considering the reports that Becky Lynch versus Ronda Rousey is reportedly set to take place at WrestleMania 35. If the match is indeed going to happen in April, Lynch losing the title and then winning the Royal Rumble is the likely route.

And then there's the rivalry between Flair and Rousey.

Having Charlotte Flair as the champ in January would allow for a Royal Rumble meeting between the Smackdown and Raw titleholders should Rousey still be in possession of her title following the PPV.

The third participant of the triple threat match has also had her price lowered.

Asuka is now down to 9/2.

As I stated in yesterday's post - even though Charlotte winning makes the most sense, I still wouldn't rule out Asuka here as the Empress of Tomorrow being champion could easily move Flair and Lynch into a direction where both find themselves taking on Rousey at WrestleMania.
