Another Look Over MyBookie's WrestleMania Props

Now that we're not too far away from WrestleMania 35, I thought I'd take another look at the prop bets that have been available from MyBookie for the April 7th show.

As I pointed out in a post published last September, the bookies are taking bets on Hulk Hogan making an appearance at the event.

The prices remain the same as when I first came across the prop - they have 'Yes' a +260 underdog to the 'No' at -300.

I mentioned in the September 15th post that I liked the odds for 'Yes'. Since writing that, Hogan has made two televised appearances for the company. The first was at WWE Crown Jewel in November and then he was brought to WWE Raw to honour 'Mean' Gene Okerlund earlier this year.

There are rumours that Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake could be one of the names announced for the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame. If true, then I would not be surprised if Hogan is the person who introduces him at the induction ceremony. This would mean that the chance of a Hulk Hogan WrestleMania appearance is better than the odds indicate. In my opinion, it should be the other way around with the 'Yes' favoured.

As you can see in the image, another prop bet on the board is for The Rock to wrestle at Mania. At the risk of repeating myself, Dwayne Johnson's filming schedule  is far too packed for him to do a regular match at WrestleMania. So - on paper - the 'No' at -260 seems about right.

I emphasised the 'on paper' because - as WrestleMania 32 proved - Dwayne Johnson could show up and do a quick 'match' and result in the 'No' losing.

It sure would have been easier if MyBookie had a special - just like the Hogan one above - where clients could simply bet on The Rock making an appearance rather than be in a match.
