Smackdown On FS1 Audience Number Released

WWE Smackdown's temporary move from FOX to FOX Sports 1 on Friday night saw the show get a total average audience of 888,000.

This number is far below the line that was set by the oddsmakers from Kambi in which customers were given the opportunity to bet whether or not the show had an audience above or below '1.8 Million'.

As you'll see in the table below, the betting was in favour of 'Yes' as the odds for Friday's episode to get 1,800,000 or more was backed from 4/5 into 8/13 between Monday October 21st and the day the market closed.

The eventual winner was 9/10 to start off with, but had drifted to 23/20 by Friday morning.

A second market will also be settled following the release of Friday's ratings on the ShowBuzzDaily.com website.

In it customers were asked whether the October 21st episode of WWE Monday Night Raw would have 400,000 or more viewers than what Smackdown did on FS1.

As mentioned in a post published last week, Raw had a total average of 2,341,667 so the 'Yes' - which was a 7/10 favourite - was the winning selection.
