XFL 2.0 Prop Bets From Kambi

One of the things that I am looking forward to in 2020 is the relaunch of the XFL.

The season is scheduled to kick off on Saturday February 8th when the Seattle Dragons travel to Washington, DC to take on the Defenders.

If all goes to plan, the Championship game will take place on Sunday April 26th.

As I noted in June of 2018, an offshore bookmaker published an XFL proposition market in which customers could gamble on the league folding by July 4th 2021.

Kambi is the latest sports betting firm to release prop bets for the XFL renaissance. Two markets appeared on the websites with the operator's coverage sometime between yesterday evening and today.

The first prop is titled 'History Repeats Itself.' In it, customers get to gamble whether or not there is an announcement of the league shutting down made in 2020.

As of the time of writing,  'No' is a 1/2 favourite while the 'Yes' is 7/5.

The second proposition is called 'Surpasses The AAF' and it asks the gambler whether thirty-three regular season XFL games would have been played before the end of WrestleMania 36 on April 5th.

The AAF (Alliance of American Football) was a league which started out in February last year. It was structured in a similar way to the XFL with eight teams and ten-week regular season schedule, but ended up folding in early April.

Kambi has set the 'Yes' - it will do better than the AAF - as a 2/7 favourite with the 'No' offered at 9/4.

Barring any postponements or the league being suspended, the thirty-third game on the XFL schedule will take place on the Thursday before WrestleMania when the Dallas Renegades play the Houston Roughnecks.
