Kambi Publishes FastLane And Mania 37 Markets

The oddsmakers from Kambi have installed match markets for not only next weekend's WWE FastLane PPV, but also for some of the matches that appear to be set for WrestleMania Weekend.

In regards to FastLane, there are three match winner markets available.

They have installed Apollo Crews as a 3/4 favourite to beat Big E when they meet in the Intercontinental Championship match.

A decision for the titleholder will pay out at odds of 19/20.

A Wrestling Observer star rating over/under market has also been published for the IC title match with the line set at 3.5.

WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, will once again defend their straps against Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair.

As of this afternoon, both selections are 17/20 with Kambi. However, those who believe that the challengers have a chance of going over, can find them at 13/8 with Paddy Power.

Even though I had trouble with Paddy Power with a wager I placed on a match at WWE Eliminaton Chamber 2021, I had a small wager on Banks and Belair because I could see them having a short run to build up to their match at WrestleMania.

It wouldn't be the first time WWE has given short runs to people who are about to wrestle each other in a major match.

As well as that, being tag champs will allow Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair to appear on Raw - as well as their home of Smackdown - on the road to WrestleMania.

Kambi's Observer star rating line for the tag match has been set at 2.75 Stars.

The market for the Sasha Banks versus Bianca Belair WrestleMania match has opened with the latter an 11/25 favourite. A decision in favour of the champ will pay out at odds of 8/5.

At FastLane, Roman Reigns will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Daniel Bryan.

Kambi lists the titleholder as a 1/16 favourite with Daniel Bryan at 6/1.

Regular visitors to this blog might have read that I have had a feeling that Daniel Bryan will end up in the title scene at WrestleMania. Last night's Smackdown hasn't weakened that opinion.

I think the 6/1 is a nice price because I have a few ideas how they could get to Bryan still being in the title hunt following FastLane.

The first would be to have Edge (who will likely be the ringside enforcer) cost Bryan the opportunity of the win. Of course, this could result with Reigns getting the W. However, another way to do is to have Bryan win by disqualification.

I like the 6/1 for Bryan as it would keep him in the picture by getting the 'win'.

Another option I am considering is to gamble on the 'Method of Decision' market for the match. Kambi has the 'Pinfall' a 1/2 favourite, a submission (which includes verbal, tap, passing out, towel thrown, TKO, ref stoppage) at 6/4 but the option that would fit the narrative I think it should go - 'Any Other Method' - is 11/4.

Kambi's line for the Reigns versus Bryan star rating over/under is four-and-a-half stars.

If I am wrong, and Reigns versus Edge is a singles match at WrestleMania, then the market that Kambi has for the matchup will not be voided. As of this afternoon, the WWE Universal Champion is a 4/5 favourite. A win for Edge is priced 9/10.

The other Mania markets that have been published are for matches that have the potential to be on the lineup, but are so far unconfirmed. If any of these contests do not happen, Kambi's rules state that bets will be voided.

The markets are:

Braun Strowman 1/4
Shane McMahon 5/2

Bray Wyatt 2/5
Randy Orton 7/4

Raw Women's Championship
Asuka 9/10
Charlotte Flair 4/5

WWE Championship
Bobby Lashley 7/4
Drew McIntyre 2/5
