How Kambi Settled Its AEW Dynamite And WWE Raw TV Prop Bets (September 20-22 2021)

With Wednesday's AEW Dynamite rating coming in last night, a trio of television prop bets have been settled by Kambi.

The Dynamite episode - which aired the first portion of AEW Grand Slam event from Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York -  had a total average audience of 1,273,000 viewers according to ShowBuzzDaily.com. 

It also scored a 0.48 rating in the Persons 18-49 demographic.

The first prop market asked customers whether or not the episode would do better than the 1,409,000 viewer-record that AEW Dynamite achieved with its debut episode in 2019.

With the number falling shorter than the goal, the winning selection was 'No'. It was an 8/13 favourite when Kambi created the market, but was increased to 17/20 after 'Yes' was backed from 23/20 into 17/20.

The other two markets contrasted the numbers that Monday's episode of WWE Raw picked up.

As you can see, the 20th September 2021 episode of Raw had a total average audience of 1,793,333 viewers. While - in the P18-49 demo - it scored a 0.49 rating.

In the total average audience proposition, Kambi wanted its customers to bet whether or not Monday's Raw had 200,000 or more viewers than Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.

With the difference of an average of 520,333 people tuned in, 'Yes' was the winning selection. It was 11/10 - when the market first opened - but had been backed into 17/20 by the following morning.

'No' opened as a 13/20 favourite, but had been moved out to 17/20 by the day the market was closed.

The third market was specific to the demographic ratings of both programmes. 

It asked whether or not AEW Dynamite would generate a rating that was at least 0.09 higher than the 20th September episode of Monday Night Raw. 

With Raw beating Dynamite by 0.01, 'No' turned out to be the correct play. The selection started out at 11/10, but was pushed to 5/4 when 'Yes' was backed as a 13/20 favourite into 11/20.

AEW And NXT TV Prop Bet Results For April 7 2021

The TV viewership results for last night's head-to-head between AEW Dynamite and night one of WWE NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver have just been released by ShowBuzzDaily.com. 

NXT's offering beat AEW in regards to total audience as it had 768,000 to the 688,000 that tuned in to Dynamite.

Kambi had television prop bets for the final battle between the two shows. In the first one I'll cover, Kambi asked its customers whether NXT would win in the contest for overall viewers.

As we know, NXT did indeed win this part of last night's head-to-head. Therefore, 'Yes' will be the winning selection. 

The second market asked whether NXT would defeat its opposition in the key demo of persons aged 18-49. The winning selection in this particular market will be 'No' because AEW had a number of 0.28 to NXT's 0.22.

As you can see above, the eventual winner was a favourite at the start of the week and was backed from 7/10 into 13/20 last night.

Pro Wrestling TV Viewership Prop Bet Results From 21/9/20 - 25/9/20

Here are the TV viewership prop bet results from this week. They start with Monday's episode of Raw and end with the score from last night's episode of WWE Smackdown. 

21/9/20 - WWE Monday Night Raw

This week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw had a total average audience of 1,667,667 viewers.

The result meant that 'No' was the winning selection in the prop market in which customers wagered on the number.

Kambi asked whether at least 1.68 Million would tune in. The eventual winner flipped from 9/10 into 4/5 while 'Yes' went in the opposite direction.

1,565,000 watched the third hour. This meant that 'Yes' was the winning selection in a second prop market for Monday. 

Clients gambled on the prospect of there being at least 1,500,000 tuned in for hour three. When the market was first installed both 'Yes' and 'No' selections were 17/20 apiece. By the following morning, the odds for the eventual winner had dipped into 3/4 while the 'No' selection was pushed out 19/20.

23/9/20 - AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT

AEW Dynamite once again beat WWE NXT when the two shows went head-to-head on Wednesday night.

AEW's show had a total average of 835,000 over the two hours while WWE's offering pulled in 696,000.

The line for Dynamite was set at 850,000 or above. As you'll see - in the table below - the eventual winner, 'No', was a 4/5 favourite on Sunday afternoon. Its price was reduced into 13/20 by 9:00AM BST on the day of the programme.

WWE NXT's line was 700,000. 'No' was the winning selection in this prop market as well. The selection was a 7/10 favourite initially, but was lowered into 1/2 sometime between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.

The third prop for Wednesday asked customers whether or not Dynamite would beat WWE's programme by at least 175,000 viewers.

With the difference being 139,000 people, 'No' was the winning selection.

As you can see in the table, both 'Yes' and 'No' opened at 17/20 apiece on Sunday. The eventual loser was backed into 4/5 by the following morning while 'No' was pushed out to 9/10. Both selections stalled at those respective prices right up to Wednesday evening.

25/9/20 - WWE Smackdown

The September 25th episode of WWE Smackdown had a total average of 2,032,000 with 2,050,000 tuned in for hour number one and a slight drop into 2,014,000 for the second half.

'Yes' will be the winning selection in the proposition which asked whether or not the episode would get an average of at least two million viewers.

Going by the betting, the eventual winner was cut from 19/20 into 17/20 initially. However, by yesterday morning the selection had moved up to 9/10 after the 'No' - which first started off as a 3/4 favourite before drifting to 17/20 - was backed into 4/5.

'Yes' will win another proposition that was waiting for the result of last night's programme.

In it, customers were asked whether or not Friday's episode of Smackdown would beat the number for the September 21st Raw by at least 275,000 viewers.  

The difference was 364,333. Therefore, the winner will cash in at odds of 19/20.

Pro Wrestling TV Viewership Prop Bet Results From 14/9/20 - 18/9/20

Here are all the TV viewership prop bets results from this week. They start with Monday's episode of WWE Raw, which went up against the first NFL Monday Night Football of the 2020 season, right through to the September 18th episode of WWE Smackdown on FOX.

14/9/20 - WWE Monday Night Raw

Monday's edition of WWE Raw had a total average audience of 1,689,000 viewers. 

The result means that 'Yes' was the winning selection in the proposition that asked customers whether or not the episode would get an average of at least '1.55 Million'.

The eventual winner started off at 3/5, but was moved up to 4/5 when 'No' was seemingly backed from 6/5 into 9/10.

Raw's viewership went from 1,812,000 - in hour one - to 1,734,000 in hour two. There was a drop into 1,521,000 for the final sixty minutes.

Kambi's second prop for Monday night asked customers whether the third hour would have at least 1,450,000 tuned in. 'Yes' will win by 71,000 viewers.

Unlike the above market, which pointed to the eventual winner drifting out, the price of the winning selection went down from 4/5 into 3/4 in this market.

16/9/20 - AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT

The winner of Wednesday night's head-to-head between AEW and WWE NXT was AEW Dynamite. It had an audience of 886,000 to NXT's 689,000.

For Dynamite, Kambi asked customers whether there would be at least 850,000 tuned in. As you'll see above, the eventual winner - 'Yes' - went from 4/5 into 7/10 within the first day I began following the odds and was then down to 1/2 on the day of the programme.

NXT's proposition was set at 650,000. 'No' was a 7/10 favourite, but was moved to 17/20 when 'Yes' was backed into 17/20 from EVS.

The betting was evidently on the correct side with both of those markets with 'Yes' being the correct play for each of them.

A spread special - this time asking customers whether AEW Dynamite would beat its Wednesday night opposition by at least 225,000 viewers was settled with 'No' winning due to the difference being 197,000.

The betting points to the consensus possibly having backed the potential winner as it fell from 27/25 into 17/20 while the other option was pushed out to 4/6 from 17/20.

18/9/20 - WWE Smackdown

Friday's episode of WWE Smackdown on Fox had a total average audience of 1,954,000 with 1,922,000 people there for the first hour and 1,986,000 for the second.

For the episode, Kambi asked its customers whether the show would have a total average of at least 2.35 Million.

As you can see above, the eventual winner - 'No' - was a a 7/10 favourite. It had moved up to 27/25 three days later while the 'Yes' was cut from EVS into 4/6.

By yesterday morning, the eventual winner had lowered into 3/4.

A final prop market will now be graded following the result. In it, customers bet on the prospect of Smackdown beating Monday's episode of Raw by at least 750,000 viewers.

The difference between Smackdown and Raw was 265,000. 'No' will be graded as the winning selection. It was initially 8/13, but was down to 13/25 a few hours later.

Pro Wrestling TV Viewership Prop Bet Results From 7/9/20 - 11/9/20

In what might become a regular thing for at least the next few weeks, I've decided to write about Kambi's pro wrestling TV viewership prop bet results in one single post rather than publishing separate posts for each night of TV.

Here are all the props - and their respective results - starting with Monday's Raw right through to last night's edition of WWE Smackdown.

7/9/20 - WWE Monday Night Raw

The September 7th episode of WWE Monday Night Raw had a total average audience of 1,725,000 viewers.

With that number, the winning selection - in the prop for the total average audience - will be settled with 'No' winning because Kambi asked its customers whether the show would do better than at least '1.85 Million'. 

Looking at the betting, it appears as though the consensus may have felt that the show would perform better than Kambi's line because 'Yes' went to 4/6 from 3/4 while the eventual winner moved out to 27/25 from 19/20.

The average was calculated by counting the audience per hour. The results were:

Hour 1 - 1,762,000

Hour 2 - 1,800,000

Hour 3 - 1,613,000

The third hour having 1,613,000 means that a second prop for Monday's airing was settled with 'No' winning again. This is because the market was specific to the third hour. It asked whether there would be 1,650,000 or more tuned in for it.

The wagering once again appears to have gone the wrong way because 'Yes' was the selection that was lowered. It went from 4/6 into 11/20 while 'No' was pushed out to 5/4 from 27/25.

8/9/20 - WWE NXT

The episode of WWE NXT Super Tuesday II that aired on the USA Network on September 8th had a total average of 838,000 viewers.

Kambi asked its customers whether the programme would have a total of at least 850,000 people tuned in. 

As you'll see, in the table below, the winning selection was 3/4 on Sunday. It was down into 13/25 within a day and was then down to 21/50 by Tuesday evening.

9/9/20 - AEW Dynamite

Wednesday's AEW Dynamite on TNT had a total average of 1,016,000 viewers. This good result means that the prop market for the show's audience was won by 'Yes'.

In the prop, customers were asked whether or not at least 950,000 people would tune in. As you'll see below, the betting went the way of the 'No' as it fell from 9/10 into 1/2 across the days the market was available.

The eventual winner was 7/5 on the day of the programme. It had started out as a 4/5 favourite.

With the viewership numbers for AEW Dynamite and Tuesday's WWE NXT official, a prop which asked whether AEW Dynamite would beat its competition by at least 100,000 was also settled. 

The winner - 'Yes' - was a 7/10 favourite. The difference between the two programmes was 178,000.

11/9/20 WWE Smackdown

Friday's edition of WWE Smackdown on FOX had a total average audience of 2,261,000. There were 2,236,000 viewers tuned in for the first hour and 2,286,000 for the second.

Kambi's prop market for the show asked customers whether there would be a total average of 2.05 Million.

The winning selection -'Yes' - was at 9/10 on Sunday, but was moved to EVS within a day after the 'No' was snipped into 7/10 from 4/5.

The final prop for the week asked customers whether Smackdown would beat Raw by at least 200,000 viewers. With Raw getting 1,725,000, the difference was 536,000. Therefore, the winning selection was 'Yes'.

As you can see from the betting, the odds for the eventual winner increased due to potential bets coming in on the 'No',

'Yes' was moved up from 6/5 after starting out at 27/25.

TV Viewership Number For 4/9/20 WWE Smackdown

Last night's episode of WWE Smackdown on FOX had a total average audience of 2,065,500.

The result now being out means that Kambi will settle three of its remaining professional wrestling TV prop bets that were available for this week.

In the Smackdown prop, customers were asked whether the episode would have at least 2.3 Million viewers tuned in for the two hours. The actual number being lower than the line means that 'No' will be the winning selection.

As you can see below, the eventual winner appears to have been backed as its price was backed into 7/10 after starting at 27/25 on Sunday.

'No' will be the winning selection in a prop which asked customers whether Smackdown's number would beat the Monday Night Raw viewership by 300,000 or more.

With Raw getting a total average of 1,896,333 the difference was 169,167.

The winner was 9/10 against the 4/5 that was offered to those who wanted to gamble on there being at least 300,000 viewers.

The final proposition asked customers whether the combined numbers for WWE and AEW programming for the week would top at least 6.25 Million viewers.

'No' will win this one as well because the overall total was 5,738,833 with the 849,000 that tuned in for WWE NXT and 928,000 for AEW Dynamite being added to the aforementioned viewership numbers for Raw and Smackdown.

The winning selection, in this market, was a 3/4 favourite over the 19/20 customers were offered for 'Yes'.

TV Viewership Number For 2/9/20 AEW Dynamite

Wednesday's episode of AEW - which had no competition from WWE NXT - had a total average audience of 928,000 viewers according to ShowBuzzdaily.com.

This result means that 'No' will be the winning selection in a television prop market - that was published by the oddsmakers from Kambi - would have been settled with 'No' the winning selection.

In the market, customers were asked whether the episode would have at least 1,000,000 people tuned in. Going by the price changes, I feel it's safe to assume that the consensus was on the eventual winner as the odds fell from 7/10 favourite into 7/20 from Sunday right through to the day of the programme.

AEW Dynamite TV Viewership For 27/8/20

Last night's episode of AEW Dynamite had a total average audience of 813,000 viewers.

This is according to the TV viewership website, ShowBuzzdaily.com, that Kambi uses to grade its pro wrestling television prop bets.

For last night, customers were asked to gamble on the prospect of the show having a total average of at least 600,000 viewers.

The number was low because AEW had to move from its regular slot of Wednesday night due to what was supposed to have been the NBA playoffs.

As you can see below, the eventual winner started off at EVS. It was cut - into 17/20 - three days later.

AEW Dynamite's TV Audience Number For 22/8/20

The August 22nd episode of AEW Dynamite had a total average audience of 755,000 viewers.

This is according to the TV viewership results website - ShowBuzzdaily.com - which released the numbers for Saturday's cable shows today.

The episode was moved from its regular Wednesday night airing due to the NBA playoffs taking priority on TNT - the channel that AEW Dynamite is on in the USA.

With the preemption, Kambi's prop bet for the episode had a lower line than usual. The oddsmakers initially asked customers whether or not the show would have a total average audience of at least 525,000. The 'Yes' option was backed from 13/20 to 1/2 within the first two days the market was available.

By Wednesday, the line was changed to 550,000 viewers with 'Yes' a 7/10 favourite.

The 755K means that 'Yes' will be the winning selection.

TV Viewership Prop Bet Results For August 12th's AEW Dynamite And WWE NXT

ShowBuzzdaily.com has released the television viewership numbers for the August 12th head-to-head between AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT. This means that a handful of viewership prop bets for both shows - as well as a couple that included the result from the most recent episode of WWE Monday Night Raw - will now be settled.

In this post, I'll go through all of the markets and see how the wagering went.

AEW Dynamite
For Wednesday's episode of AEW Dynamite, Kambi asked its customers whether they felt the show would do better - or worse - than at least 950,000 viewers.

As you'll see below, the odds for 'No' went down from 4/5 into 4/6 within the first day. They were then at 11/5 by 3:00PM BST on Tuesday afternoon.

The betting was on the right side as ShowBuzzdaily.com lists that the episode had an audience of 792,000.

WWE NXT

'No' was the winning selection for the WWE NXT viewership market.

In this prop, Kambi asked customers whether WWE NXT would get at least a total average of 770,000 over the two hours.

The show had 619,000 people tuned in.

Going by the betting, it appears as though the customers once again sided with the eventual winner as its price lowered. It was 4/5 early on Sunday evening and declined to 3/4 by 4:30PM BST the following day. It was 7/10 on Tuesday and was then at 13/20 in the hours before the episode aired.

AEW .vs. WWE NXT

The first proposition for Wednesday's head-to-head asked clients to gamble on the prospect of AEW's programme beating WWE NXT by at least 175,000 viewers.

With AEW Dynamite having 792,000 - and 619,000 tuned in for WWE NXT - the difference was 173,000. This obviously means the winning selection will be 'No'.

Both 'Yes' and 'No' opened at 17/20 apiece. However, the eventual winner was moved out to 9/10 when the 'Yes' was backed into 4/5.

Wednesday Total

The combined number for AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT was 1,411,000. Therefore, a proposition market - which asked whether or not the total would be '1.7 Million or More' = will see the 'No' selection graded as the winner here as well.

The eventual winner was a favourite throughout. It went from 4/5 right down to 11/25 in the period when it was available to wager on.

Monday Night Raw .vs. Both Wednesday Shows

As mentioned in a post published on Wednesday morning, ShowBuzzdaily.com pointed out that Monday's edition of WWE Raw had a total average audience of 1,722,000. 

This meant that, going into Wednesday night, the gamblers that may have backed 'Yes' in a Raw .vs. Wednesday Total proposition were hoping for the combined number for AEW and NXT to be below that.

As we know, the combined number for Dynamite and NXT was 1,411,000 . Therefore, Raw won by 311,000. This means that 'Yes' was the winning selection.

Going by the wagering, the favourite  - and what turned out to be the eventual winner - was backed into 4/9 from an opening 13/25.

Both Wednesday Shows .vs. Raw's Third Hour

Also in the post from Wednesday was the note that Raw had an audience of 1,601,000 for its third hour. There was a similar market to the one mentioned above. However, in it, customers were asked to gamble on whether Wednesday's total would beat that of Raw's third hour.

With AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT having a combined total of 1,411,000 it meant that the winning selection will be 'No' as Raw's third hour beat the combined total for Dynamite and NXT by 190,000.

Monday Night Raw .vs. WWE NXT

With WWE Monday Night Raw having a total average of 1,722,000 viewers, a prop which asked whether or not Raw would beat WWE NXT by at least 1,000,000 viewers will be graded in favour of 'Yes'.

As you can see below, the eventual winner was 19/20.

P18-49 Ratings Spread

There was a spread proposition which asked customers to gamble on the prospect of AEW Dynamite being twenty-five places above WWE NXT in the Persons 18-49 TV ratings rankings.

AEW's show was ninth in the night with a rating of 0.32 in the P18-49 category. WWE NXT was further down the order with a rating of 0.16. It was 65th on the list, so anyone who may have backed 'Yes' would have had wagers settled in their favour.

Going by the betting, you'll see the movement went the other way as 'No' was backed from 4/6 into 11/20 while the eventual winner rose from 27/25 to 13/10.

AEW And NXT Viewership Numbers For August 5 2020

The viewership numbers for last night's episodes of AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT have been released by ShowBuzzdaily.com. 

The winner of the night was, once again, AEW's programme.

It had a total average audience of 901,000 viewers recorded for the two hours. 753,000 tuned in for WWE's offering.

Now that the numbers have been released, Kambi will settle a handful of TV proposition markets that were published for the head-to-head.

For AEW Dynamite's viewership, Kambi asked its customers to gamble on the prospect of the episode pulling in an audience of at least 775,000 viewers.

'Yes' won at odds of 17/20. It's opposing selection, 'No', was also 17/20.

17/20 pricing was also applied to the 'Yes' and 'No' selections in the market for WWE NXT. Kambi asked clients to gamble whether or not the show would have 700,000 or more viewers.

'Yes' will be graded as the winning selection in this market as well.

With the combined audience number for both shows being 1,654,000, a prop market - in which customers gambled on the total being above or below 1,475,000 - will also see 'Yes' winning.

When the market was first installed, both 'Yes' and 'No' were 17/20. However, the 'No' was backed into 3/4 while the eventual winner was pushed out to 19/20.

Kambi asked customers whether or not Dynamite would beat NXT by 75,000 or more viewers.

The actual difference was 148,000 so that means 'Yes' was once again a winning selection. It started out at 9/10, but was down to 3/4 by 4:00PM BST yesterday.

The final prop was specific to the persons 18-49 demographic results for both shows. In the market, customers were asked whether AEW would rank at least twenty-five places above NXT in the chart.

AEW was fifth for the night with a P18-49 rating of 0.36. WWE NXT was in twenty-seventh place with an 0.20 rating.

The schism was twenty-two places. Therefore, 'No' wins. It was 3/4 when I came across the market on Sunday afternoon. It was down to 3/5 the following day.

AEW Dynamite And WWE NXT Viewership Results For July 29 2020

ShowBuzzdaily.com released the Wednesday cable viewership numbers last night. Therefore, TV proposition betting markets, for the head-to-head battle between AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT have now been settled.

Five markets were published by the sports betting company, Kambi.

In the first, customers were asked whether or not AEW Dynamite would have a total average audience of at least 800,000. 

Both 'Yes' and 'No' options were 17/20 each. 

The episode had a total average of 773,000 viewers. Therefore, the winning selection was 'No'.

707,000 viewers tuned in for WWE NXT.  

For NXT, clients gambled on the prospect of the show recording 600,000 or above., Going by the betting, the eventual winner - 'Yes' - was backed down from 19/20 into 3/4 in the period when betting was available.

With both shows having a combined total of 1,480,000 viewers, a third prop - which asked customers whether 1.4 Million or above will tune in for both shows - has been graded with 'Yes' winning.

From the betting, it would appear as though there were disappointed gamblers as the odds for 'No' went down from 7/10 into 1/2 while the eventual winner rose from EVS to 7/5.

'No' was the winning selection in the market which asked whether or not AEW Dynamite would beat its competition by 225,000 or more viewers.

The difference was 66,000 viewers. As you'll see in the table underneath, the eventual winner started out at 27/25, but fell into 7/10 within a day. It was then at 8/13 before the market closed.

The final proposition was specific to the ratings both shows achieved in the persons aged between eighteen and forty-nine category.

Kambi asked bettors whether or not AEW Dynamite would rank at least thirty places above WWE NXT in the top fifty for the P18-49 demographic.

AEW scored a 0.30 rating and was sixth in the ranking. WWE NXT, on the other hand, had a 0.18 and was twenty-two places below Dynamite.

The result means that 'No' was the winning selection. As you'll view below, the option was a 4/5 favourite over the 9/10 on offer for those who may have wanted to gamble on the schism between the two shows being similar to last week.

22/7/20 AEW And WWE NXT TV Prop Bet Results

AEW Dynamite won the viewership battle against WWE NXT last night with an audience of 845,000 while its competition had a total average of 615,000.

This is according to ShowBuzzdaily.com - the website that Kambi uses to grade its professional wrestling television prop bets.

Now that the results are in, Kambi will settle a handful of proposition markets that were created for last night's head-to-head.

The prop for the AEW Dynamite audience asked customers whether a total average of at least 720,000 people would tune in. 

As you'll see below, the eventual winner - 'Yes' - started out at 9/10. However, by Tuesday morning, the selection had lowered into 17/20 while the 'No' was pushed out from 4/5 favourite to 17/20.

Kambi's WWE NXT market asked whether the total would do better or worse than at least 625,000.

It did slightly worse.

'No' will win by 10,000 viewers. As you can see below, the selection was 27/25 on Sunday, but drifted out to 5/4 by yesterday afternoon due to the price for 'Yes' being lowered from 4/6 into 11/20.

Another prop market that will now be settled asked customers whether or not the combined number of viewers - for both shows - would be recorded at 1.35 Million or more. 

Both 'Yes' and 'No' started out at 17/20 apiece. However, when I checked in on Tuesday morning, I noticed that the eventual winning selection had lowered to 4/5 while the 'No' had risen to 9/10.

AEW Dynamite had 230,000 more viewers than WWE NXT. Therefore, a market which asked customers whether AEW would beat NXT by 75,000 or more will be settled with 'Yes' winning as a 3/4 favourite. 

A new proposition market that was published for last night asked customers whether AEW Dynamite would be ranked at least twenty spots above WWE NXT in the P18-49 ratings ranking. 

AEW had a 0.32 rating and was fifth for the night. WWE NXT, on the other hand, had 0.17 and was placed thirty-fifth for the night. This obviously means that any bets on 'Yes' will be graded as winners. The selection was EVS, but was down to 9/10 within two days.
