WrestleMania 41 Betting Notes For 13/4

Here are some notes I've made from today's visit to the WrestleMania 41 markets from the BetOnline Website.

Dominik Mysterio's odds to win the Fatal 4-Way for the Intercontinental Title have now moved into -250 from yesterday's -200. As a result, the other wrestlers' prices have increased. 

The US Championship market has also been adjusted since yesterday.

LA Knight's odds to successfully retain the title have moved into +325 from the previous number of +400. Jacob Fatu remains a favourite, but his price is now -550 from -700.

A market for the World Tag Team Championship is a new addition to BetOnline's coverage of next weekend's event. It has already seen action.

The New Day's odds have slid into -700 from -500 for their title challenge. The War Raiders have moved in the other direction from +300 to +400.

BetOnline is still taking bets on 'Who Will Randy Orton Face at WrestleMania 41?' 

As you'll be able to see, the odds for Solo Sikoa have now moved into +300 after surprisingly being pushed up to +500 from +400 after WWE teased Sikoa as Orton's potential opponent during Friday's episode of Smackdown.

BetOnline's Orton Market Republished, Sikoa +500

BetOnline has republished a betting market which allows customers to gamble on who they believe will wrestle Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41.

In yesterday's post, I noted the sportsbook had listed Nick Aldis as the odds-on favourite. His price has now moved out to +125.

Last night's episode of WWE Smackdown strongly teased Solo Sikoa as a potential Mania opponent for Orton, so his odds were the first thing I looked at when I came across the re-adjusted market this evening. 

Sikoa is now +500. That's surprisingly higher than the +400 customers would have found yesterday ahead of Smackdown.

Jey Uso Becomes MITB Odds-On Favourite Plus More

Jey Uso has become an odds-on favourite to win this Saturday's Money in the Bank ladder match.

In a post published yesterday, I noted that Uso and Drew McIntyre were, at that point, a pair of +125 joint-favourites with the BetOnline Sportsbook.

The market had initially opened with McIntyre favoured.

Uso currently sits at -150 with McIntyre now taking a spot as the match's second-favourite at odds of +150. The Scot had vowed to win the match with the plan that he'll cash in the briefcase during - or after - the Damian Priest .vs. Seth Rollins contest for the World Heavyweight Championship.

With the idea of McIntyre possibly winning in order to cash-in later in the show, there have been guesses by some that CM Punk could cost McIntyre either in the ladder match or in the other scenarios.

BetOnline has installed a proposition market which asks whether or not Punk will interfere in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match. As of this morning, the odds for 'Yes' is a -200 favourite over the +150 for 'No'.

It's important to stress that this prop is only for the Money in the Bank ladder match and not for Punk to interfere in a potential cash-in bout later in the show.

An Over-Under market has also been published for the match. It asks the customers how many ladders will be broken in the men's match with the line set at 1.5 ladders. The 'Over' is -150 and the 'Under' is +110.

A similar markets has been released for the women's ladder match with the line set at 0.5. Those looking to gamble on the 'Over' will find it favoured at -200 while the option to punt on 'Under 0.5 Ladders' is +150.

As for the outright market itself - Chelsea Green's price as the second-favourite has once again slid.

Green is now +110. That's reduced from the +150 she had been since I noticed her odds plummet from +900 on Tuesday.

Tiffany Stratton remains odds-on at -200.

A Look At BetOnline's Okada's Next Contract Market

Earlier this week, reports began to circulate about Kazuchika Okada and his employment status. This news has prompted BetOnline to publish a specials market.

The New Japan Pro Wrestling star's contract is set to expire in early 2024. This has obviously prompted speculation that All Elite Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment could enter into a bidding contest to lure Okada to the US.

Despite Okada's current deal entering its twilight, BetOnline has placed New Japan as a -125 favourite to retain his services with a renewal. 

AEW is the company's second-favourite with odds of +150. Then it's WWE at +200.

The market was first brought to my attention yesterday evening. There have been no apparent price changes within the past day.

Orton Wagers Win In Survivor Series Special

Last night's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw closed with the confirmation that Randy Orton will team up with Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn for a War Games match against The Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre at Saturday's Survivor Series.

This means that a betting market will now be settled with the Apex Predator as the winning selection.

BetOnline, which installed the 'Who Will be the 5th Member?' special last week, had Orton as its -300 favourite when I began to follow the betting on evening of Thursday November 16th. By the following evening, that price had dropped into -325 and was then at -500 on Sunday.

My last browse over the markets was a few hours ahead of last night's Raw. The prices were unchanged from Sunday's visit.

As you can see, there was only one other selection in the market which had price adjustments with Kevin Owens moving out every time Orton's price was reduced.

Owens had started out at +175, but had moved to +200 by Sunday. The selection had spent some time at +185.

The other selections available to wager on were CM Punk (+400), John Cena (+800), Brock Lesnar (+1,000), The Rock (+1,000), Johnny Gargano (+1,600) and Tommaso Ciampa (+1,600).

BetOnline's match market for the War Games contest lists Team Rhodes as -450 favourites. Their opponents are currently priced +275.

Punk To Return To WWE Prop Bet Published

Now that CM Punk has been released by All Elite Wrestling, the oddsmakers from BetOnline have created a proposition market which asks whether or not Punk will return to World Wrestling Entertainment in time for WrestleMania 40.

BetOnline forwarded me an email with odds of +400 for 'Yes' and -600 for 'No'. However, on the website, the only option available - as of the time of writing - is the option to gamble on 'Yes'. 

I have read the AEW press release announcing Punk's release and have also seen the two videos of Tony Khan addressing the situation.

Going by the wording and tone, it would not surprise me IF a legal issue arises between the two parties. If this turns out to be the case, it might not be a benefit to Punk if he were to gain employment immediately after his firing.

And that's even if he and/or WWE wants to do business together again.

WrestleMania 40 is set to take place on the weekend of April 6 and 7 2024.

3 Night Of Champions '23 Specials Published By BetOnline

BetOnline's oddsmakers have published three appearance markets ahead of today's WWE Night of Champions event.

The three specials ask customers to gamble on the prospect of certain names showing up at any point during the show.

They have Vince McMahon priced at +5,000 to make what would be his first presence since World Wrestling Entertainment entered into a merger agreement with the UFC. 

Next up, they have two wrestlers who haven't been seen on TV in some time with Randy Orton at +3,300 and Drew McIntyre at a shorter +1,000.

The markets can be found alongside the match odds on the BetOnline Website. I'll return shortly with a full update about those markets.

Rollins Becomes Favourite To Be 1st WWE World Heavyweight Champion

Seth Rollins has become the betting favourite to be the first winner of WWE's newest title.

BetOnline has recently installed a market which allows its customers to gamble on the wrestler they believe will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship; which was unveiled by Paul Levesque on last week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

Cody Rhodes was installed as BetOnline's early favourite. However, his odds have drifted out from -120 to +160 due to the punters siding with Rollins.

The current -200 favourite had started at +120.

Two other selections have drifted out, following Rollins' price being reduced, with both Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens both moving up from +300 to +325 in the few hours since betting commenced. 

With the Undisputed WWE World Tag Team Champions unlikely to be available for the tournament final, it's understandable to see their respective odds increased. 

There are fifteen selections currently available with Randy Orton given the longer odds at a price of +2,500.

The new titleholder will be crowned at WWE Night of Champions, which will emanate from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday May 27th.

Note About Sikoa's Odds In Title Market Plus More

Solo Sikoa's odds to be holding either the WWE or Universal Championship on New Year's Eve have lowered in a special market available from BetOnline.

The special is something I've written about late last year and also a few days ago. It allows customers to gamble on who will be holding the straps on the final day of this year.

When betting first began in December, the oddsmakers listed The Bloodline's henchman right at the bottom of the list at a price of +10,000. He was at those very same odds when the market was republished following WrestleMania. However, upon today's visit, I've notice Sikoa has dipped into +8,000.

Whoever has bet on the selection must be on a similar wavelength as I because it's evident that Sikoa is an important part of The Bloodline faction storyline and, considering this is pro wrestling, he should be the one to watch.

I don't necessarily believe Sikoa will be holding either, or both, of the titles come December, but I strongly suspect that if - or rather when - The Bloodline faction combusts, it'll be through a breakdown between Sikoa and Reigns rather than with either of The Usos and the Head of the Table.

Sikoa is one of the selections I gambled on when Paddy Power released a market for the men's Money in the Bank ladder match earlier this year. 

He is 15/2 (+750 US) to be the 2023 Money in the Bank victor and also appears at those odds, of 15/2, to win the 2024 WWE Royal Rumble in Paddy Power's market which was recently created.

I have only gambled on one selection in Paddy Power's Rumble market so far and it has gone on Roman Reigns.

There is method to what currently looks like madness.

The sportsbook lists the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at 20/1 to win next year's battle royal. I consider that a very generous price for someone who - if he were to lose his titles before January - should instantly become the betting favourite to be the Rumble winner.

With all that said, BetOnline considers Reigns an odds-on favourite to be in possession of the straps (or one of the straps should the titles be split by then) on December 31st.

BetOnline Republishes WWE Champions '23 Specials Following Mania 39

A couple of days ago, BetOnline reinstalled a couple of markets I wrote about on New Year's Eve.

In these specials, customers can gamble on whom they believe will be holding the major titles in WWE on the last day of this year.

With WrestleMania 39 crowning a new WWE Smackdown Women's Champion in Rhea Ripley, the oddsmakers have made the Judgement Day member as their odds-on favourite to be holding either of WWE's major women's titles come December 31st. Ripley's odds were at +250 when I first began to follow the betting in mid-December 2022.

WrestleMania also saw Bianca Belair retain the Raw version of the women's title. She had previously been the +100 fave, but is now in second at a shorter -115.

What is interesting - as it pertains this market and potential future storylines - is that, on Monday's edition of Raw, there was a segment with the two titleholders. There was a tease of a future bout between the two champions, which could mean the Raw and Smackdown titles might end up unified by year's end.

None of the other selections in the women's market have decreased or drifted out following the chopping of the odds for Ripley and Belair.

There have been a handful of changes made in the 'To Be Universal or WWE Champion at the end of 2023' special.

Roman Reigns, who successfully retained the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in Sunday's main event against Cody Rhodes, has been cut from +150 into -115.

Also dropping in are the prices for Seth Rollins (+300 from +500), Gunther (+1,600 into +500), Brock Lesnar (+1,000 into +500) and former NXT Champion - Bron Breakker - whose odds have been halved from +10,000.

Back when the market launched, Sami Zayn was near the top part of the betting at +250. However, following his loss to Roman Reigns - in the main event of February's Elimination Chamber - and his winning of the tag straps alongside Kevin Owens on Saturday night, his odds have increased to +600.

Reigns 2022 Prop Bet To Be Settled, Look At 2023 Markets

With Roman Reigns still in possession of the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship as 2022 is turning into 2023, BetOnline will now settle a prop market which was available in April.

In the market, customers were asked whether or not Reigns would be 'WWE or Universal Champion at the end of 2022'. 

The bookmakers placed 'Yes' as a -150 favourite. The eventual losing option was +110.

The market was created shortly after Reigns had added the WWE Championship to his Universal Title with a win over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38.

A couple of new markets for 2023 were created in mid-December.

In the first special, customers have been asked which wrestlers will be the WWE or Universal Champion at the close of 2023.

As of the time of writing, Roman Reigns is at the top of the betting with a price of +150. He's then followed by Cody Rhodes and The Rock, who are +200 joint second-favourites. 

Sami Zayn is directly underneath Rhodes and Dwayne Johnson in third place with a price of +250.

BetOnline has also created a special which allows people to gamble on the female wrestlers - or wrestler - who will be holding the Raw and Smackdown Women's Championships in exactly one year from now.

The market opened with the current WWE Raw Women's Champion - Bianca Belair - a +100 favourite. Charlotte Flair, who won the WWE Smackdown Women's Championship from Ronda Rousey on the most recent edition of WWE Smackdown, is a +150 second-favourite ahead of Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey who are in joint-third at odds of +250 each.

There is only one minor change to the market since its launch on December 14th. 

Mandy Rose, who was released from the company on the day the market went live, was eventually taken off the board. She had been priced +2,000.

Ric Flair's Last Match Specials Update For July 24

It has been a couple of days since I last wrote about BetOnline's markets for Ric Flair's Last Match. In this post, I'll bring you up to date with the changes I noticed yesterday morning. Those prices are unchanged as of this morning.

Match Winners

No change in the match winners market. Ric Flair and Andrade El Idolo remain -2,250 over the +750 for Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.

First To Bleed

Ric Flair is now a -190 favourite to bleed first. When I last wrote about the market, he was +125. As a result, Jay Lethal has risen to +400 from +275 while Jeff Jarrett (+175 second-favourite) and Andrade El Idolo (+450) have stayed.

Ric Flair Move Performed First

The Knife Edge Chop is now -600 to be Ric Flair's first performed move during the match. It was -500 when I last wrote about it. 

'Will A Guitar Be Broken?' Prop Market

The prop market which asks whether or not a guitar will be broken saw 'Yes' fall into -200 sometime before 11:15AM BST yesterday morning, It was previously -130. 'No' is now up from +150 after starting out a -200 favourite earlier this week.

Flair And Andrade Now -2,250 Faves Over Jarrett And Lethal

Ric Flair and Andrade El Idolo are now -2,250 favourites to beat Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in Flair's last match next weekend.

BetOnline, the firm which has published betting markets for match, initially had Flair and his son-in-law as -2,000 when I first wrote about the market three days ago.

As a result of the favourites' price shortening, a decision for Jarrett and Lethal has been pushed out from +700 to +750.

A couple of other markets have changed since I visited BetOnline's website yesterday.

The price for Ric Flair to be the first person to bleed in the contest has now dipped from +150 into +125. I had noted - in yesterday's post - that the option had drifted up from +100 to +150.

Ric Flair's knife edge chop continues to fall in the special which allows customers to gamble on the first move Flair performs in the match.

The option is now a -500 favourite. It was -110 on Tuesday evening.

The sportsbook is still offering its customers the opportunity to gamble on a prop market which asks whether a guitar will be broken or not. 

'Yes', which as I pointed out on Tuesday surprisingly started out a +150 underdog, remains a -130 favourite over the -110 for 'No'.

In another surprised I expressed this week, BetOnline had republished a market which allowed customers to gamble on the colour of Flair's robe despite the market initially being pulled once Flair had revealed the white robe in a video. 

The market has once again been taken down. When I last saw it, 'White' had fallen from +600 into -150.

BetOnline Republishes Ric Flair Robe Special

BetOnline has surprisingly republished a market to its coverage of Ric Flair's last match.

In a post published yesterday morning, I noted that the special - which allows customers to gamble on the robe Ric Flair will wear to the ring for what is being billed as his final match when he teams with Andrade El Idolo against Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett - had been taken off the board.

I surmised the reason why betting had been suspended was due to the fact that Flair had unveiled the final robe.

The predominantly white garment is a tribute to Flair's earliest robe, which was created by Olivia Walker. Before the market was closed, 'White' was +600. As you'll see below, the selection is now a -150 favourite.

The previous favourite - Gold - which was +150 is now a +200 second-favourite.

Flair to execute a 'Knife Edge Chop' as his first move in the match has continued to drop in another special.

The favourite, which started off at -110, has now fallen into -400.

In a post published yesterday evening, I pointed out that 'Yes' had fallen into -120 from +150 in a proposition market which asked whether a guitar would be broken in the contest.

'Yes' starting off as an underdog was surprising considering Jeff Jarrett uses a guitar as part of his gimmick.

The 'First To Bleed' special has refreshed with three of the four selections moving out. 

The 'Ric Flair' selection fell from +175 into +100 yesterday. However, it has now risen to +150. The second-favourite - 'Jeff Jarrett' - which had risen to +150 from +125 - is now at +175.

A punt on 'Jay Lethal' is now priced +250. That's up from +235. 

The bookmakers have kept Andrade's price at +400.

As for the regular match winners market - Flair and Andrade remain favourites. They're -2,000. A decision for Jarrett and Lethal will pay out at +700.

BetOnline's Guitar Prop Bet Now At Pick 'Em Plus More

A BetOnline proposition market, for what is being billed as Ric Flair's last match, has changed today.

In a post published yesterday, I noted that the betting firm had created the market asking customers whether or not a guitar will be broken in the contest, which will see Ric Flair team up with Andrade El Idolo to take on Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.

With Jarrett spending the majority of his career using a guitar as a foreign object in his matches, I was surprised to see the oddsmakers had given +150 odds to 'Yes'.

I revisited the market this morning and those prices were still on offer. However, upon this evening's visit, I've noticed that the 'Yes' has since fallen into -120.

The option which will pay out if no guitar is broken - 'No' - has moved from -200 favourite up to -120.

The prop market isn't the only special for Ric Flair's last match to change since this morning's update.

Earlier today, I noted that the odds for Flair's first performed move to be the 'Knife Edge Chop' had dipped into -120 from -110. The selection has once again descended. This time into -300.

All but one of the remaining markets have drifted out following the odds for the Knife Edge Chop moving in.

Ric Flair is now the betting favourite to bleed first.

As I wrote in yesterday's post, the market - which is offering prices on the wrestler who bleeds first - opened with Jeff Jarrett as the +125 fave. He was followed by Flair at +175. However, Flair's odds have now dipped into +100 while Double J has risen to +150.

The other match participants - Jay Lethal (+235) and Andrade El Idolo (+400) - remain stationary.

Ric Flair Unveils Retirement Robe

The robe that Ric Flair will wear to the ring for his retirement match next weekend has been unveiled.

Conrad Thompson's Twitter account showed a brief clip of Flair looking, and talking, about the robe and the significance of its colour was posted in the early hours of this morning.

Flair noted that the white predominant colour is reminiscent of the first robe Olivia Walker made for him.

Walker was a seamstress who created robes for many wrestlers back in the day. 

As I mentioned, in a post published yesterday, BetOnline had created a betting market which allowed customers to gamble on the colour of Flair's robe.

White was +600.

The market has obviously been taken off the board now that the colour has been revealed.

The rest of the markets I wrote about yesterday are still available as of this morning. One of the specials differs slightly.

The odds for the first move to be performed by Flair in the match to be a 'Knife Edge Chop' have slid into -120 from -110.

A 'Body Slam' is now up from +500 to +550 while the remaining selections are unchanged.

Ric Flair and Andrade El Idolo are still -2,000 favourites over the +700 for a victory by Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.

BetOnline Publishes Markets For 'Ric Flair's Last Match'

With the participants in Ric Flair's last match finally being confirmed, the oddsmakers from BetOnline have published a handful of markets for the July 31st bout.

The contest will be a tag match. It'll see Flair team up with his son-in-law, Andrade El Idolo to take on Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett.

As of the time of writing, BetOnline lists Flair and Andrade as -2,000 favourites. A decision in favour of their opponents will pay out at odds of +700.

In an angle posted online yesterday, Flair was attacked by Lethal and Jarrett. It saw Flair bleed. With blood now part of the build (otherwise I would frown at this sort of market being created), the oddsmakers have installed odds on which wrestler will be the 'First to Bleed'.

Jarrett is +125 to be the first to get colour. Then it's Flair at +175 followed by Jay Lethal (+235) and Andrade (+400).

A prop market I like the look of, but am unable to bet on due to geographic restrictions, is one which asks whether a guitar will be broken. With the guitar shot being one of Jeff Jarrett go to moves, and as he'll be working as a heel in the contest, I like the +150 being offered for Yes'.

For those who believe no guitars will be broken during the match, 'No' is being offered as a -200 favourite.

There are a couple of other specials on the board.

In one, customers are asked which Ric Flair move will be performed first. There are six options available with 'Knife Edge Chop' being the -110 fave.

The remaining offers are: Elbow Drop +300, Leg Drop +400, Figure 4 +500, Body Slam +500 and Suplex +900.

Clients will also find a special which asks which colour Flair's robe will be.

Gold tops the list at +150. It's followed by Red +180, Blue +300, White +600, Purple +1,000, Black +1,200, Pink +2,000 and Green +2,500.

The match will air as part of a card promoted by Jim Crockett Promotions from the Nashville Municipal Auditorium a week from Sunday.

Settling The Women's MITB '22 Cash-In Specials

Liv Morgan's winning of the women's Money in the Bank briefcase, followed by her cashing in to become WWE Smackdown Women's Champion, meant that special Money in the Bank markets - for the women's version of the gimmick - were once again settled quickly afterwards.

In the weeks heading into last week's Money in the Bank event, Kambi's oddsmakers had priced up their annual batch of specials for both of the Money in the Bank matches and their respective cash-ins.

One of the first markets to be settled was one that asked which brand the eventual winner would be from. 

Kambi listed 'Raw' as an 11/50 favourite over the 14/5 for 'Smackdown'. That was logical considering the top three names in the betting - Becky Lynch, Morgan and Alexa Bliss - were all, at that time, representatives of the red brand.

A prop bet, which asked whether a former winner of the women's Money in the Bank briefcase would win the match again was first published on July 11th. At the time, Kambi had 'No' a 1/3 favourite while those who thought there would be a repeat were offered 'Yes' at 2s.

As you can see, there were periods - between June 23rd and 29th - when 'Yes' was shortened despite 'No' remaining the favourite. On the morning of the event, the eventual winner had been placed at 3/10.

Going by the betting, customers did not expect the cash-in to occur during the show. That's because, in the prop market which asked whether the event would host the cash-in, odds for 'No' fell from 17/20 into 11/50 between the start of betting and the morning of the show.

Similarly, there was a market which asked whether the cash-in would occur on TV or on one of the bigger shows.

When the 'Show Of Women's Briefcase Cash-in?' market was first installed, the eventual winner - 'Premium Live Event/PPV/Other' was a 13/20 favourite over the 11/10 which would have paid out had the cash-in occurred on one of WWE's 'Weekly TV' programmes. 

By July 2nd, the favourite had dropped into 3/5 while 'Weekly TV' had risen to 11/10.

Another market which was graded immediately following the result was a timeframe special which asked whether the briefcase would be cashed in before or after SummerSlam.

The option which covered 'Before/During SummerSlam 2022' kicked off as an 11/25 favourite, but was moved to 11/20 following 'After SummerSlam 2022' moving in from 8/5 into 5/4.

In hindsight, backing the option which covered the period before - or during - SummerSlam 2022 made sense due to WWE never seemingly going all-in on the Money in the Bank gimmick as it pertains the women.

If you look at history, the contract has now been cashed in five times. Three cash-ins have been executed on the night the briefcases were won and one was cashed in the following night (last year when Nikki ASH beat Charlotte Flair).

There was also the 2020 edition which had Asuka win the briefcase and find out, on the following night's Raw, that she had won the WWE Raw Women's Championship because its then holder - Becky Lynch - was pregnant and was obviously unable to wrestle.

It strongly feels like WWE is redundant when it comes to having ideas for the female-version of Money in the Bank. We should have really figured that out from the off when the first-ever Money in the Bank ladder match ended controversially with a male unhooking the briefcase for the match winner.

Carmella did go on to win the rematch properly and is still, in my opinion, the best Ms. Money in the Bank to date simply because they let the gimmick mature just like they have done with the majority of male winners.

Rant over, back to 2022..

I was one of the bettors who gambled on the market which asked whether or not the cash-in would be successful.

At the time of my wager, with Ronda Rousey holding the Smackdown Women's Championship, I liked the idea of Shayna Baszler or Lacey Evans winning the briefcase resulting in them becoming the first woman to fail a cash-in execution. 

I also thought there was a good chance of Becky Lynch being unsuccessful should she attempt to use her shot against Bianca Belair for the Raw title.

Alas, my 3/1 gamble turned out to be a bad call. 'Yes' which was positioned as the favourite started out at 1/5, but had moved up to 4/9 following its opposition landing into 6/4 by the latter part of June.

Kambi correctly had the 'Smackdown Women's Championship' as a 1/2 favourite in the market which asked which title would be challenged by the briefcase holder.

I find that interesting considering  - as I mentioned above - the Raw ladies were at the top of the outright winner market. I surmise, with Becky Lynch as favourite, the oddsmakers priced up with the consideration that Lynch could have used her contract against Ronda Rousey to set up the much talked about singles meeting between Lynch and Rousey.

Kambi had similar markets for the men's Money in the Bank ladder match. The only market which has so-far been settled is one which was published in early-June which asked whether the cash-in would occur during WWE Money in the Bank 2022.

The odds for 'No' fell from 7/20 into 1/20 when it became clear that the Undisputed Universal Champion - Roman Reigns - was not booked for the show after it was moved from Allegiant Stadium to MGM Grand Garden Arena. 

As for the rest - they'll be covered once the men's Money in the Bank contract is cashed in. 

Whenever that may be.

BetOnline's New Roman Reigns Prop Market

The first post-WrestleMania betting market was released by BetOnline last week.

It's a proposition which asks whether Roman Reigns will still be WWE or Universal Champion at the end of this year.

Reigns, who unified the Universal Title with the WWE Championship - by beating Brock Lesnar - a little over a week ago, is -150 to still be holding both, or either, of the titles on December 31st.

Those who believe he'll be without a strap on that date can presently find 'No' at +110.

Going by Friday's episode of WWE Smackdown, it looks like Shinsuke Nakamura could be Reigns' first challenger for the unified title.

Cody Rhodes Mania 38 Prop Bets

Yesterday was a day filled with some surprising news. First, after a tease on WWE Raw, people in wrestling were talking about the possibility of 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin returning to the ring to take on Kevin Owens at WrestleMania. By the afternoon, everybody had moved on from that - for now - when it became clear that Cody and Brandi Rhodes have left All Elite Wrestling.

The news of the couple's departure led to speculation that Cody could return to World Wrestling Entertainment in time for WrestleMania, which will be held in Texas - his father's home State.

With the Rhodes news being the thing everyone in pro wrestling is currently discussing, the oddsmakers from MyBookie have released a couple of prop bets related to Cody and WrestleMania.

The first asks 'Will Cody Rhodes Wrestle at WrestleMania?' and - as of this morning - the favourite is 'Yes' at a price of -260.

Those who don't think he'll grapple at the event, set for the weekend of April 2nd and 3rd, can find 'No' at +180.

The second proposition relates to one of the gimmicks Rhodes used during his previous tenure in WWE. 

It reads 'Cody Rhodes Bring Back Stardust at WrestleMania?' and has 'No' a -400 favourite over the +250 for 'Yes'.

I strongly believe that there is zero chance that, if Cody Rhodes is on the Mania 38 card in any form, that he'll use the Stardust gimmick.

On the WCW Slam Jam album, the entrance music track for Cody's step-brother - Dustin - titled 'The Natural' appears. One of the verses states that Dustin has 'blazed his own trail'. Ironically, after leaving WWE years ago, Cody himself has set a path of his own that has absolutely transcended the Stardust character.

'No' should be far shorter than the -400.
