Going Over Betfair's TLC 2015 Prop Markets

On Friday, I noted that Betfair had published proposition markets for tonight's WWE Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2015 pay-per-view. I have now revisited them to see what wrestling fans have been betting on.

For those of you that don't know what proposition markets are - they're special bets where customers can bet on things taking place within the PPV rather than straight-up match bets. For example, the bookmaker might write up odds for 'Any match to end in a disqualification?' and then you have the opportunity to bet 'Yes' or 'No.'

It's with the 'Any Match To End In A Disqualification' market where I'll begin.

The 'Yes' and 'No' have remained as they were when the prices first went live. If you think that one of tonight's matches will end up in a DQ, you can back that at 8/11. If you don't, Betfair will pay out a winning bet at even money.

I'm siding with the 'Yes' here. Call it instinct.

The second prop on the board is 'Will A Referee Be Knocked Down In Any Match?' This opened with the 'Yes' at 11/10 and 'No' priced 4/6. The customers have evidently backed the 'Yes' here as it has dipped to EVENS while the 'No' is now 8/11.

In Friday's post, I mentioned that I was leaning on the 'Yes' as I believe a tables match is the perfect opportunity for a ref to be knocked down and miss an important call.

The final two matches are specific to tables. One asks 'Will All 4 Members Of The Wyatt Family Go Through Tables?' and I am not confident that they will.

However, it appears Betfair customers are against my opinion as they have backed the 'Yes' from 4/1 to 7/2. My reasoning behind leaving this bet alone (there is no option to bet 'No' in this case) is because I feel the tables match is being used to rehab The Wyatts after their loss to The Undertaker and Kane last month.

The final prop on the board is an over/under market where customers can bet on whether there will more than or less than seven-and-a-half tables broken during the event.

Tables are guaranteed to break in the tag team tables elimination match and will likely be used in the main event TLC match, so I have leaned on the over.

Betfair's customers have also sided with me here as they have backed 'Over 7.5' from 8/11 to 4/6 while the 'Under' is now 11/10 from EVENS.

There will be at least four table break spots in the eight-man match. I am going in with the mindset that the ECW Originals will lose. I am also considering the possibility that Strowman will be the only man left, so I am counting seven tables being snapped in that match. If this does happen, the bet should be a winner once a table is broken in the main event.

If you're following my selections, or even betting against them, good luck!
