Royal Rumble 2017 Odds

We're only three days removed from the 2016 WWE Royal Rumble but that hasn't stopped one sportsbook from publishing betting odds for next year's battle royal.

The bwin Sportsbook opened a book on the 2017 match yesterday. The market can be viewed below:

I am not surprised to see Seth Rollins at the top of the list. He should be back in the title picture by then.

A number of months ago, I would have taken interest in the 40/1 being offered on a Randy Orton win. I don't think so now that it looks like he'll be avoiding surgery. Had he gone under the knife, I think January would have been the timeframe for a return.

A conspicuous absence to this list is Shinsuke Nakamura who will debut shortly.

    Kevin owens and Dean ambrose at 20/1 each is interesting... I think it'll be one of them.
