The Extreme Rules 2016 betting markets have been republished over at bwin.com.

They can be viewed in the image below:

The company first published betting odds a number of hours after Payback 2016 and a while before Raw.

The main event was already known at that time. The prices remain as they were back when they first went up.

The WWE Intercontinental Championship market is still unconfirmed. However, it appears that it's heading towards a Fatal 4-Way. The four potential runners are now on the list. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are new additions to this list. Dean Ambrose, who was 5/1, has now been removed.

Ambrose will now square-off against Chris Jericho in a microphone on a pole match. The winner will get to keep their interview segment on Raw.

(Don't take the last paragraph seriously)

The New Day versus The Vaudevillains was available for customers to bet on when the markets first came out. The prices remain the same.

The US Championship bout was confirmed on Raw following Rusev's win in a battle royal to determine the number one contender to Kalisto's title.

I fully expect bwin's traders to publish more markets almost as soon as they're confirmed on WWE television, so keep checking back here for the latest.

Odds correct as of 4:30pm BST. When they're available, the sportsbook's WWE markets can be found under 'Entertainment' on the menu at bwin.com.
