5Dimes' Battleground 2016 Odds For July 22nd (PM)

This is the final checkpoint I am setting for WWE Battleground 2016 betting odds for Friday. Here are the prices as of 11:59pm BST.

Dean Ambrose -475
Seth Rollins +500
Roman Reigns +500

Ambrose's odds have shortened through the evening. It was -260 at 5pm. Seth Rollins has moved out from +390 and Roman Reigns from +450 in the same period.

Sami Zayn -120
Kevin Owens -120

No movement here. The market hasn't moved since at least Wednesday morning.

Cena, Enzo and Cass -530
Styles and The Club +350

The Friday bettors have backed the babyfaces from -475. AJ Styles and The Club have increased from +325.

Rusev -750
Zack Ryder +450

No change.

The Miz +170
Darren Young -230

The wagers are now once again coming in on Darren Young as his price has moved from -190 since 5pm. Miz went out from +150.

The New Day +250
Wyatt Family -350

The Wyatts' number has been backed from -290. Their opponents' price has gone out from +210.

Becky Lynch -530
Natalya +350

Becky Lynch is now back to -530. The number she was this time last night before Natalya's odds dropped early today. Becky was -400 at 5pm BST today, so she has seen interest in that time.

I'll return early tomorrow morning to look through the odds once again. In the meantime, you can check out the betting board at 5Dimes.com.

  1. I ve mixed thoughts about Young and Lynch. got me scratching my head.they both moved down strongly on THURSDAY not Friday and then they stopped at like -200 and -500,hmm It seemed like insider money but I wonder why ,specially Young who is -200, didnt go deeper ...1.50 is a pretty decent value (most of it ,if you know the outcome )
From a fan point of view it s not "logical" they are backing Young ,he is in another brand that Miz and all points out he will retain(for relenquising at SS..) ,it would take a brand change for the IC title and with draft so recent it is a very unlikely scenario .
So it would take Young winning DQ or countout and I cant get fans are backing so hard that option...in this way of thinking Young was smart money but I am not 100 percent sure.
guess today we ll have the answer to it

    Sorry for my lame english

  2. I think it was smart money as not many fans would put money on young, especially at the +100 to +190 odds we saw him at. I think insiders learned young will win via DQ. I think lynch was also insider/smart money too. Going from -130 to -600 odds. Why we haven't seen a move in the Zayn vs. Owens market? I think this has to do most with the fact that they wrestled last night at a WWE live event. I expect WWE to finalize the outcome of that match later today.i am also hoping ryder will pick up the win too. Yeah I know Rusev is at -1000 to win BUT he started out very high in the first place. So we MIGHT get movement in that market as well.

    1. Zayn vs Owens not moving has nothing to do with anything house show matches etc. The people who make the match decisions aren't at those shows, so if the odds haven't moved by now, it'll be tomorrow.

If smart money has landed and they didn't touch that match, it could mean (1) The decision hasn't been confirmed and like I noted it won't be until they meet up on Sunday or (2) the match won't have a finish or it ends a draw etc, so they've left it alone.

    2. A double countout would be a fitting finish to this series (if it is the finish for awhile.)

    3. On Vince Russos website ,some colaborator expressed the same thoughts about Ryder and Young trading tiitles.
On a preview card of September Raw PPV ,they feature Rusev as. IC champion ,it is probably wrong they meant US title but well I saw you pointing Ryder out and like to add this news.
It would indeed be a great line movement ,day is being pretty quiet till now btw
