Money Continuing To Land On SummerSlam Favourites

In the time it took me to put up all the odds in the recent update and then publish it, a few favourites were backed again.

This has made part of the update obsolete. The new prices of the SummerSlam favourites are:

Brock Lesnar -2300
Finn Balor -1500
Charlotte -1050
AJ Styles -1500
Anderson and Gallows -1700
JeriKO -1500
Rusev -1500
Natalya and Co. -1500
Sheamus -1200

Odds correct as of 7:30pm BST. They can be found under 'Other Sports' at 5Dimes.com.

  1. This looks like smart money... The amount of heels though... Surely Not?!

  2. I believe the preshow shouldn't be counted when looking at a balance in the heels vs face. The preshow is basically just filler and as we have seen in the past few PPV's the dogs have won. It really looks like the WWE doesn't even cares who wins on the preshow.

  3. Damn Coral aren't taking any chances with their current odds! I don't even think 888 allow accums anymore.

  4. So again, if my calculation is correct, we are looking at 6 heel wins vs 3 face wins on main card right now. I guess Rusev will be cheered, but this still doesn't feel right...

    3. Do you think this is smart money, or people just continued backing favs?

    1. Reigns isn't booked as heel so you can't count him as one.

  7. Talk on reddit is that Sasha has been taken off a Live in London card. If it's true, the Charlotte heel win could have been forced upon them.

    1. Yeah having checked, she has been removed off advertisements

    2. But she is advertised for clash of champions. If she is to drop title and be taken off advertisements, hints at an injury for sure

    3. That explains her odds then all the wwe 'experts' are tipping her to win

    4. I'm just kicking myself for not noticing this news sooner. We need to hire someone here to go through all advertisements and check for removals. Mr Hill, you are hereby hired for this job.

    5. She might not be injured. She has just recently been married so it could be that or something else.

    6. Yeah true, that's maybe why they moved the title switch from Summerslam to July 25th, can go with an injury 'storyline' with the figure 4 to give time off

    7. Then why the long odds?

    8. Because she's probably losing.

    9. David I've just seen your first comment... I can't believe I didn't realise you was hinting at wellness policy haha smart guy

  8. I think you guys forget that Summerslam is Heel's Wrestlemania, if you look back at Summerslam a lot of heels end up winning.

  9. Nikki Bella could be mystery partner?? thats the rumor

  10. This card is similar to how wrestlemania panned out with victories the odds said were going to happen jericho ryder and us not believing it

  11. I think also Bayley could cost Sasha Banks the match

    1. She won't be a heel. Not her character at all.
