Charlotte's Odds Shorten

Charlotte's odds to win the WWE Women's Championship match at SummerSlam have shortened.

For what it's worth, here's how the match market looked as of the time of publishing:

Charlotte has been backed from -190 into -750 while Sasha has jumped out from +150.

It worth noting that this is the same level that Becky Lynch reached on the morning of last month's Battleground before the money rolled in on Natalya. By 9am, Natalya had become a -350 favourite.

Another market that has seen the Saturday bettors picking away at a favourite is the one for the WWE Championship. The customers have backed Dean Ambrose from -900 to -1200. Dolph Ziggler has moved out  from +500 to +600.

Thanks to all who have left comments, Especially to Marc for bringing up the Becky/Natalya coincidence.

5Dimes' WWE SummerSlam odds are found under 'Other Sports' on the betting board at 5Dimes.com.

  1. Becky Lynch didnt start out at +700 though for battleground. She started out as the favorite. With the odds being this, who do you guys think will win? My thought is that it has to be charlotte now…unfortunately.

    1. Charlotte didn't start at +700 either. She was +220 on July 31st. They had sixteen days of money coming in on Sasha going from -300 to -1500 in that time.

    2. After Sasha won the title on raw though those odds shot up. The big moves that we saw were Charlotte +700 down to like +160 or something close to that. Then Charlotte from small underdog to medium size favorite and now Charlotte to large favorite. Can't ignore these moves. so in the span of a couple days we have seen Sasha go from +700 to -750.

    3. I'm really hoping that the odds do flip, cause sasha is up so high we can make a nice profit. But I wont be betting till the flip comes.

    4. The odds weren't even up when Sasha won the title.

    5. Just to be clear for anyone reading this: Sasha won the title on July 25th. The odds were published on the 31st.

    6. okay my days were off, I quickly looked it up and the article I read was just written late (it was about Sasha winning the tittle on raw). Nonetheless Charlotte reached +700 and has now gone to -750 (within just 2 days or so). That is what matters, not if odds were posted on a certain day or not lol

    7. I still can't see Charlotte winning... I think this is just fan money once again. Wait until tomorrow morning I am still confident the odds will flip

    8. Eric, last month when Becky was fav, you said she would win & she didnt. Now its the same situation with Charlotte. There are grounds for another switch & again, its the one that would make the most sense logically

    9. Eric - I have to let the facts out there as best I can. This also means I have to highlight the misinformation. If I didn't, I wouldn't be doing this right

  2. Sashas odds are way too good to ignore now... I don't know who has caused this swing but thank you!

  3. "Sasha 100% win" - that what think every WWE fan. With odds like this.. i think Charlotte win. Result makes no sense..but nobody would bet on Charlotte when she was +600 if he doesnt know something
