SummerSlam 2016 Betting : Cashing Out On Reigns

As soon as I witnessed Roman Reigns defeat Rusev in the main event on Raw this morning, I knew what had to be done.

I have cashed out the bet I had on the challenger to win the US Championship match at SummerSlam this Sunday.

The reasoning is that I cannot see Rusev losing again. However, this could very well be something that WWE is doing to prove that 50/50 booking does not exist following a recent interview with Triple H where it became a topic of discussion.

The bet was placed with bwin.com on August 3rd when Reigns was 7/5 outsider. His price had dropped since that time. Both he and Rusev are available at 83/100 as of the time of publishing this post.

I was offered £10.96 to cash out from the £10 bet, so I still count that a win.

As of right now, I'm seriously contemplating cashing out on all of my Finn Balor bets as well.

  1. Which interview was the HHH one mate? I can't see them putting any title on Reigns. He's at a good place with the fans at the moment and they'll put him back to being booed every week if he wins the US title

    1. It was on the ESPN website sometime last week. Lots of news sites wrote about it.

  2. Just got watching raw this afternoon, felt that the Reigns bet I had was toast. Didn't know that it was possible to cash out wwe bets so cheers for the info David. He could still win by DQ but I'm now siding with Rusev afternoon that finish.

    1. If you can't see it - or if anyone else would like to cash out - it's on the right side of the sportsbook page when you're logged in. Next to the area where your betting slip would be.
