SummerSlam Favourites' Odds Coming In

There have been a few SummerSlam favourites' prices coming in within the last few minutes.

The changes have seen the following:
  • Finn Balor from -160 to -300
  • The Miz from -195 to -400
  • AJ Styles from -390 to -420
  • Charlotte from -160 to -260
  • JeriKO from -160 to -400
  • Sheamus from -145 to -300
Interestingly, last night's moves came in on outsiders. This evening's interest has been on the match favourites. I don't know what to make of that, to be honest.

The markets are found under 'Other Sports' at 5Dimes.com.

    1. Yeah, that could be one reason.

    2. Vince would never have that amount of heels go over out of 10 matches even if New York is a heel town.

  2. I'm excited to see where the smart money comes in on reigns vs. Rusev. I could make arguements for either one to win!

  3. The amount of face wins vs heel wins on a WWE PPV is usually very close numbers. Mr Taylor's post show 5 heels moving into favorite territory, and only 1 face.

If my calculation is correct then currently 5Dimes' odds show 8 heels as favorites vs only 2 faces.

    1. I wouldnt count reigns a face at this point. Rusev isn't a face but its not face vs. heel in that match.

    2. I counted it as 7 to 1 as I discounted Lesnar/Orton and Ambrose/Ziggler even though Ambrose is sort of the heel in this match.

Whichever way we use, there isn't a balance.

    3. I cannot go with Reigns as a heel when he's up against a strong heel in Rusev.

    4. And even if we did make it heel .vs. heel, we'd have to discount that match to make it 6 to 1.

  4. I dont know what to think either
Miz ,Charlotte and Jeriko moves seem the more legit to me ,they both were outsiders not long ago.
I am also curious about Rusev vs RR and New day vs Club, both markets are staying quiet lately
