The response was great and the trader in charge of the odds asked me to thank those of you who put their ideas down. Due to the overwhelming resception, they have asked me to do the same for Backlash 2016.
So, the rules are the same as last time. Leave your ideas in the comments section. One example off the top of my head is that, for the Dean Ambrose versus Chris Jericho Asylum Match at Extreme Rules 2016, the company had published odds on a pot plant being used in the bout.
