On Monday January 9th, I published a post titled The Peculiar Case of the Wyatt/Orton World Champ After Mania 33 Odds. Within the writing, I tried to make sense out of why Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton were being backed to leave Orlando as WWE Champion (you can bet on it at Betfair.com) and arrived to the conclusion that there's somebody placing speculative punts on Orton and Wyatt.
One of the things that I tried to make clear in the post is that I could not see how Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt would end up being in a match for the strap at WrestleMania.
Now that the Elimination Chamber is currently scheduled to be for the WWE World Championship, I can now see how Orton and Wyatt could be in one of the title matches at WrestleMania.
Orton could win the Royal Rumble, Bray Wyatt could secure the title in the Elimination Chamber. Or - Wyatt could win the Rumble and Orton could win the championship in Satan's Structure.
Could.
I still don't believe this is where things are going, but it is clear that both are very much 'in the title picture' for the next few weeks.
