The market, where customers could wager on certain wrestlers or celebrities showing up on screen in Orlando, was published in early September.
Betfair's oddsmakers added some wrestlers and clebrities who were born, or live, in Florida. Kelly Kelly is from Jacksonville, so was one of the early names added to the market. Her initial price was 20/1.It was later enhanced to 25/1 and had been available at around those odds for months.
At the start of this week, she appeared in a WWE.com exclusive video from behind-the-scenes of Raw. She was visiting her former colleagues because she now lives in Las Vegas and noted that she would be working for WWE during WrestleMania week as she is booked to do signings at the Axxess fan events leading up to the April 2nd pay-per-view.
I have read that WWE had been in contact with former female wrestlers to do something on the show, so - with Kelly booked for Axxess - there is a possibility of her making an on-screen appearance during the event.
The only drawback is that, for all of these bets to win, the person has to be seen inside the arena. If she were to appear in a backstage skit, this would not be a successful bet.
