Betfair.com has added more selections to its WrestleMania 33 appearance market today.
The additional names, and odds, are:
Victoria 4/6
Shinsuke Nakamura EVS
Beth Phoenix 3/2
Sting 5/1
As I noted this morning, Victoria is one of the wrestlers who was contacted by WWE to see if she was available to do something on WrestleMania week.
Beth Phoenix at 3/2 has a good chance of being a winning bet to anyone who punts on her showing up at WrestleMania. Phoenix's name has been on a number of lists of potential Hall of Fame inductees for 2017. If she is confirmed for this year, then it's a close to a guarantee that she'll be at Mania because the company dedicates a few minutes of the pay-per-view broadcast to honour the stars who had been inducted the night earlier. It'll be two nights earlier this year, but you get my point.
Unlike Paddy Power's market, Betfair will pay out if the person makes an appearance 'in-house' rather than 'in ring', so - if Phoenix is part of the ceremony - your wager should win.
