MITB Outright Odds Update For May 13th

There have been some changes made to the Money in the Bank outright winner market that was republished by the Kambi oddsmakers yeterday afternoon. In this post, I'll show you the current odds and then - below them - I'll share the notes that I have made while comparing the latest prices to previous numbers.

Here's what I've noticed:

Jinder Mahal's Price Cut
The current number one contender to the WWE Championship has gone from 33/1 to 14/1. I suppose this is mainly because - when the market was initially installed - Mahal was far out of any title discussion. He's evidently now in the discussion as he's feuding with Randy Orton, but I doubt he'll be given a Money in the Bank victory next month.

Rusev Drifts Out
Rusev's price to win the ladder match has increased from 8/1 to 10/1. This makes sense because it's looking like Rusev will feature in a title match on the Money in the Bank card. This is being teased on TV and could be set up as soon as this coming Tuesday.

Sami Zayn Moves Out
Another selection that has moved out is Sami Zayn. He went from 6/1 to 13/2.

Nakamura Fluctuating
When the market was initially priced up, Shinsuke Nakamura was 5/2 along with Kevin Owens.Nakamura was then backed into 2/1 within the first day, but has now drifted to 9/4.

Kevin Owens' Price Dips
The current WWE United States Champion is back to being a joint second-favourite along with Shinsuke Nakamura. His price has been snipped from 5/2 to 9/4. This move is surprising. Going by how Owens is being booked, I believe the company is going to run with him being the 'Face of America' with the US strap for a while. This should rule him out of becoming Mr Money in the Bank next month.

When available, the Kambi Money in the Bank 2017 odds can be found under 'WWE' on the sportsbook and casino websites that offer MITB betting. A couple of examples can be found below:

  1. AJ Styles or Baron Corbin, in my opinion at this moment in time.

    1. Can't see the point in Styles winning it.

    2. I agree he doesn't need it, but Randy also didn't need another royal rumble win haha
