Extreme Rules #1 Contender Match Favourite In Observer Betting

The Extreme Rules main event has become favourite in a special market where customers can predict what will be the match of the night on Sunday.

Earlier today, I published a post noting that the traders from Kambi had priced up odds for the match that receives the most star ratings in the upcoming issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. At the time the market was installed, the Cruiserweight Championship match - which will see Neville defend the strap against Austin Aries - was a 3/4 favourite.

The main event, which is an extreme rules fatal 5-way to determine a number one contender to Brock Lesnar's Universal Championship, was in second place with odds of 5/4. It has now been backed into 3/4 with the Cruiserweight fixture moving into second at 11/10.

As you can see in the table above, the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship market has also drifted out. It has moved from 5/2 into 3/1.

The two remaining matches in this market remain as they were earlier today.

A second market, where clients can wager on Dave Meltzer awarding a match five or more stars is still available at 15/1.

Both markets will be settled when the issue of the Wrestling Observer with the Extreme Rules review is published next week.

You can view the latest odds on the websites that use Kambi's WWE odds. A couple of examples can be found below:
