When I checked in with the market yesterday night, the champion was an 8/15 favourite.
I've pointed out numerous times over the past few weeks that the stipulation that Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar will leave WWE if he loses on August 20th is a contradiction to arena news that has the Universal Champion listed for upcoming WWE events including the No Mercy show that takes place in September.
In my opinion, this is a strong indicator that Lesnar will retain on Sunday night.
With Lesnar's odds continuing to plummet, the traders have increased the prices for the other selections on the board.
Second-favourite, Samoa Joe, has moved out from 21/10 to 5/2, Roman Reigns has drifted to 6/1 from 9/2 and Braun Strowman has jumped to 10/1 from 8s.
The market was first published on August 3rd. The table below shows how the selections have moved at certain points across the fortnight.
