Kambi Publishes NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 12 Odds

The Kambi oddsmakers have granted me a wish that I've wanted for quite some time. They've published betting odds for a New Japan Pro Wrestling event.

The traders have installed markets for this coming January's Wrestle Kingdom 12 show that will air on January 4th. As of the time of writing, you can wager on two match markets. They've also priced up Observer Star Rating markets for the two bouts.

IWGP Heavyweight Champion - Kazuchika Okada - has been installed as a 2/1 underdog for his meeting with 2017 G1 Climax winner, Tetsuya Naito (1/3).

They oddsmakers have set the Over/Under line for the Wrestling Observer Newsletter star rating market at six stars.

The 'Over' is 7/4, 'Exactly 6 Stars' is 5/4 and 'Under 6' is 9/10.

Last year's Wrestle Kingdom main event - which saw Okada defeat Kenny Omega - was given six stars by Dave Meltzer.

The second match on the board for January is the semi-main event match that will see the aforementioned Omega defend the IWGP United States Championship against Chris Jericho.

Jericho has been priced up at 6/4 while the titleholder is 4/9.

The line, in the Observer Star Rating special, has been set at five. Those expecting the reviewer to give the bout less than five can back the option at EVS, the 'Exactly' is 13/10 and 'Over 5 Stars' is 6/4.

Once again, it's great to see NJPW betting odds available. Thanks to Kambi.
