It's worth noting this news because Sky Bet was taking bets on him making an appearance in its Request-A-Bet markets earlier this week.
He was 10/1 when I first placed a bet on him. At the time I placed the wager, he was subtly denying he would be at Money in the Bank by pointing out he would be in China today. It was later revealed by the promotion in China - Middle Kingdom Wrestling - that Ellsworth had pulled out of travelling to his booking.
I don't know exactly how far the odds fell, but I know people have placed wagers on the Ellsworth appearance at 3/1, 5/2 and - I believe - 6/4.
