SummerSlam 2018 Champions Betting

On May 26th, the oddsmakers from Kambi released four betting markets where customers can place bets on who will be holding the major titles coming out of SummerSlam on August 19th.

I didn't bother writing about the markets initially as I thought I would wait until there were adjustments made. These specials were republished yesterday evening with the differences that I had been hoping for.

Three of the four specials were showing differing prices to how they opened on May 26th.

WWE Champions After SummerSlam 2018

WWE Raw Women's Championship
Two selections have been lowered in the market for the Raw Women's Championship.
Ronda Rousey, who will challenge Nia Jax for the title next week, has been snipped from 5/4 into 11/10.
The second name to fall is Natalya. She moved in from 2/1 to 7/4. This doesn't come as a surprise considering she is currently European sportsbooks' favourite to become Ms. Money in the Bank.
The current champ - Nia Jax - has drifted out from 5/4 into 7/4.

WWE Championship
There have been four wrestlers whose prices have been snipped in the market where customers can guess/bet on who will be WWE Champion after SummerSlam.
The Miz and Daniel Bryan opened as 6/4 joint-favourites. Both are now down to 5/4.
Shinsuke Nakamura, who will challenge AJ Styles for the strap next week, is 2/1 from 3/1. If he does win the title at Money in the Bank, I think there's a strong chance of him retaining the title beyond SummerSlam. He has to win it on June 17th first, though!
The Undertaker, who is returning to the ring for a Madison Square Garden house show on July 7th, has descended to 15/1 from 33s.
The selections that have drifted are Samoa Joe (4/1 from 2/1), John Cena (10/1 to 12/1), Jeff Hardy (15/1 to 17/1), Randy Orton (20/1 to 33/1), Batista (33/1 to 40/1), The Rock (33/1 to 40/1), Shane McMahon (40/1 to 50/1) and CM Punk (40/1 to 66/1).

WWE Universal Championship
For the past week or so, I've read reports mentioning the possibilities of Seth Rollins or Roman Reigns meeting Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship on August 19th. Therefore, it came as no surprise to see both wrestlers leapfrogging Braun Strowman to become joint-favourites to be in possession of Raw's major title post-SummerSlam.
Reigns has been cut from 5/2 into 5/4 while Rollins has been slashed from 3/1.
Strowman - who was 4/5 on May 26th - is now in second place at 3/1.
The current champ, Lesnar, is now 3/1. He was 5/2 when the market was first priced up.

WWE Smackdown Women's Championship
The only market that is unchanged from May 26th is the one where customers can place bets on who they believe will be the WWE Smackdown Women's Champion.

Asuka - who is challenging Carmella for the strap in a little over a week - is a 1/2 favourite. Interestingly, the current champ is in fourth place at 7/2.
