Notes About BetOnline's NXT TakeOver: War Games (2020) Markets

In the most recent post, I noted that the 5Dimes Sportsbook's markets - for tonight's NXT TakeOver event - are still showing the same prices as when I first found them on Friday. The same cannot be said for most of BetOnline's markets.

BetOnline first installed its markets for tonight's show earlier this week. Here's how today's odds compare to then.

There have been no adjustments made to the market for the triple threat match. Leon Ruff is a -200 favourite to successfully retain the NXT North American Championship against Johnny Gargano (+150) and Damien Priest (+225).

The market for the Dexter Lumis versus Cameron Grimes strap match has kept Grimes as a +200 underdog. However, the odds for a Lumis win have moved in from -250 into -300.

Team Shotzi was -200 to beat Team Candice when the market for the female War Games match was installed. However, as of today, the favourites have lowered into -250. A win for Candice LeRae's squad has moved up from +150 to +170.

The biggest price change, as it pertains BetOnline's markets for tonight's event, has been made in the market for the men's War Games contest.

BetOnline initially had the team of Pat McAfee, Pete Dunne, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan as +240 underdogs. They have since descended into -140 favourites.

With Team McAfee now the betting faves - their opponents, The Undisputed Era, has drifted out from -300 to +100.
