I have contacted customer services and was told that that it doesn't look like the markets will be re-adjusted.
I'll still keep having a check to see if they reappear, but it's not looking likely.
This now leaves both the 5Dimes Sportsbook and SkyBet.com as the alternative options to wager on tonight's show.
