A Look At Betfair's WWE Payback 2015 Prop Bets

The oddsmakers at the Betfair Sportsbook have republished their WWE Payback betting markets. Along with them are the traders' infamous prop bets.

As of the time of writing, there are four proposition wagers being offered to the sportsbook's customers. These unique bets are specific to some of the matches on the card.

The first prop of the night asks customers to punt on there being an appearance during the kickoff match which will pit Curtis Axel & Damien Sandow against The Ascension.

The prop asks:

'Any former WWE Superstar to make an appearance during this match?'

Bearing in mind that The Ascension has been disrespecting former stars since their debut, you can see where the traders are coming from with this one. The odds are 5/6.

The US Championship prop plays into the 'I Quit' rules and a potential in-match spot:

'Someone to say "I Quit", but the ref doesn't hear it'

Can you see Rusev being in a position where he says 'I Quit' and the ref is being distracted by Lana? If so, you can double your stake as the odds are EVENS.

The main event proposition is specific to Kane and whether he plays a role in how the match concludes.

Kane to help Rollins win the match?

He did it last month. Will he do it this time? Odds on this happening are also EVENS.

The final wager is one I have bet on myself. It centres on the WWE World Tag Team Championship match which sees Tyson Kidd and Cesaro challenge The New Day for the straps in a best of three falls contest:

Over 2.5 Falls  4/5
Under 2.5 Falls 20/23

I like this one a lot. I have gone with the 'Over' as I think there will be some shenanigans involving the three members of The New Day switching up their pairings for each fall of the match. This is not me suggesting it's going to happen, just how I think it'll play out.

I'll be taking another browse through these markets tomorrow to see where the fans have been betting. Happy propping!

As noted, it's not just the prop bets that are available. The sportsbook is also accepting wagers on seven matches scheduled for tomorrow. All of these markets can be found under 'USA' on the 'Special Bets' section of the Betfair Sportsbook.
