5Dimes' Lesnar & Royal Rumble 2016 Entry Number Odds Published

The 5Dimes Sportsbook has released more betting markets for the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble.

In a couple of posts published yesterday, I noted that the sports betting firm had released odds for customers to bet on whether Rey Mysterio's record setting time inside the match will be broken in 2016. The oddsmakers have also compiled prices on the 2016 victor being a first time winner or not.

The new markets are giving clients the opportunity to wager on the entry number that the eventual winner will come out in. There is also a republished option to bet on Brock Lesnar winning the Rumble itself.

Lesnar is now being offered at +135. In November, he was priced as a -125 favourite in the long list that had been available up until a number of weeks ago. Customers who believe Lesnar will not be successful on January 24th can do one of two things: back 'The Field .vs. Brock Lesnar' right now and get the odds at -175 or hold on until nearer to the match and hope that 5Dimes releases individual odds for the potential entrants. The latter option has worked in the past, so I can't see no reason why odds for the other runners will be out in time for the match.

Now, on to the entry props.

The key numbers in the prop market has Entry 1 at +600, Entry 30 at +450 and number 27 is +950. I note the 27th entrant as an important figure because that is the number that has turned out to be a winning pick four times. The entire odds are below:

  1. +600
  2. +3,000
  3. +3,300
  4. +3,300
  5. +3,300
