Samoa Joe's Payback Odds Dip

Samoa Joe's odds to win his WWE Payback 2017 match against Seth Rollins have been cut.

As of this afternoon, both he and Rollins are tied at 5/6 in the market for Sunday's meeting that can be found on the Paddy Power Website.

The market - which opened earlier this week - had Joe out at 13/8  and Rollins a 4/9 favourite for days, but the customers have now evidently forced the bookmakers to move Joe down.

Betfair has also moved both selections to 5/6.

I can understand why Joe has been backed.

With Extreme Rules next on the calendar for the Raw brand, a win for Joe on Sunday could set up a stipulation match for the next PPV.
