The WWE Payback 2017 Time Props Post

It's more than a day late, but I've finally been able to have a proper look through the WWE Payback 2017 prop bet markets that have been available from the sports betting websites that publish odds from Kambi since yesterday.

The rules are the same as usual, but - for those who don't know - there are over/under markets for most of the matches on tomorrow night's card where clients can bet on how long they believe the bout lasts. The timer starts from the bell to activate the match right up to the ring once a decision has been made.

I wrote down all the odds yesterday and have just had a look through them again. There have been some changes made that I will point out when I get to them.

The Kick-Off Match
The Enzo Amore and Big Cass versus Gallows and Anderson market originally had these two options: '13 minutes or more' at 9/10 or '12:59 or less' at 4/5. When I looked at the market in the early hours of this morning, the less had been backed into 18/25. Since then, the traders have changed the options to '11 Minutes or More', which is 9/10 and '10:59 or less' at 4/5.

What I Would Do:
I'm not betting on it. I missed the boat because I would have taken the under. I still like the match to go under, but I have now lost two minutes. My fault for not going through these earlier!

Roman Reigns .vs. Braun Strowman
This market has been set at '22 minutes or more' at 9/10 or '21:59 or less' at 4/5. The odds and the lines have stayed as they were.

What I Would Do:
I am leaning mildly on the under. The last time these two wrestled on a PPV was at FastLane in February. The match lasted 17 minutes and 20 seconds. Bear in mind that this was a pay-per-view where the main event of Kevin Owens versus Bill Goldberg was booked to go short. Therefore, the rest of the card required longer matches. It's a mild lean in case the match ends up being the main event.

Seth Rollins .vs. Samoa Joe
This is another market where the lines have changed. It opened with '22:00 or more' at EVS and the '21:59 or less' at 18/25. By the early hours of this morning, the punters had evidently backed the under option as it had been moved to 3/5. Now - however - the options have been changed to '20 minutes or more' at 17/20 and '19:59 or less' also at 17/20.

What I Would Do:
I could see this going either way. It's a toss up.

Neville .vs. Austin Aries
The line has been set at around 16 with '16 or more' at 9/10 and the '15:59 or less' at 4/5. Everything is the same as yesterday.

What I Would Do:
The two wrestlers were given a little under sixteen minutes on the pre-show of WrestleMania. They're now working the main card. I think it's going to be tight, but they might hit the sixteen this time. The reason why I'm siding on the over is because - based on the odds - it looks like Aries is going to lose once again. I think they'll have to tell a story and give Aries some time to look good before losing. This will need some time in the match.

Hardys .vs Cesaro and Sheamus
The line has not changed since yesterday. Neither have the odds. It's '14:00 or more' at 19/20 or '13:59 or less' at 3/4.

What I Would Do:
I have no reasoning other than to state that the 'Less' appeals to my eyes more than the 'Over'.

Kevin Owens .vs. Chris Jericho
The market opened with these options: '20:00 or more' at 17/20 or '19:59 or less' at 17/20. As of the time of writing, the odds for twenty plus is 11/10 and the 19:59 or lower is 13/20. Therefore, the customers appear to have been backing the under option.

What I Would Do:
I'm not betting on this, but I'd go with the flow and look at the under. They were given sixteen minutes to do their thing at WrestleMania. Twenty minutes seems a few minutes too much.

Alexa Bliss .vs. Bayley
I left this one last even though I no longer have any intention to bet on it. The market opened with '20:00 or more' at EVENS and '19:59 or less' at 18/25. However, by the early hours of this morning the lines had moved to '18:00 or more' (17/20) and '17:59 or less' (17/20). As of the time of writing, it appears as though the customers have continued to take the under as it has been cut to 11/20 while the eighteen and over is 13/10.

What I Would Do:
I missed the boat on this one. I would have taken the '19:59 or less' immediately. Even though there are two minutes missing, I believe there's a strong chance this still goes under, but I'm not going to bet knowing I could have had a better line earlier. Once again, it's my fault!

For those keeping score. I've gone with the following:

1) Roman Reigns .vs. Braun Strowman to go 21:59 or under
2) Neville .vs. Austin Aries to be 16:00 or over
3) Hardys .vs. Cesaro and Sheamus 13:59 or less

The markets can be found across all the sportsbooks that offer Kambi pricing. A few examples can be found below:
