We're a few hours removed from the final Smackdown before this year's WWE Money in the Bank and I've just had a look through the 5Dimes Sportsbook's betting markets for both the female and male ladder matches.
I last looked through the odds a couple of hours before the show aired. There are a few differences in both markets.
Betting on the ladies match appears to have been one of two ways. Either on Carmella or 'The Field'. I noticed last night that 'The Field' had dropped from +105 into -105 with Carmella drifting out from -145 into -135. The lean has landed back to the favourite as Carmella has moved back into -145 and 'The Field' has jumped back to +105.
The individual odds for Carmella's opponents remain as they were yesterday morning. They are: Becky Lynch +350, Natalya +365, Charlotte +950 and Tamina +2,800.
As for the male ladder match - Shinsuke Nakamura was the person given the visual of being a potential winner to close out last night's show. Unlike last year, when people saw Chris Jericho climb the ladder and retrieve the briefcase on the go-home episode of WWE Raw and backed Jericho to win the ladder match, the price for Nakamura has moved out. He has been gone to +940 from +900.
Sami Zayn, who pinned Baron Corbin in last night's six-man tag match to close out last night's show, has been lowered from +800 into +650..
It's interesting to see what's going on with Corbin because - whenever he loses - it's done in a way where he comes back stronger. His losses to Zayn, for example, have resulted in him getting back his heat almost instantly. The same sort of thing happened last night with him eating the pin for Zayn and then coming back post-match to beat up Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler. He did - however - fail to take down the briefcase at the end of the go-home show, but - going by history - that's a good thing.
Or rather it used to be a good thing.
For what it's worth, Corbin's odds have drifted out slightly. They were -215 yesterday evening, but have now raised up to -210. 'The Field' versus Corbin has been lowered from +165 into +160.
Two other names that have shorter odds than last night are Kevin Owens and AJ Styles.
Owens' price has dropped from +710 into +650 while Styles is now +750 from +815.
Dolph Ziggler is still at +2,000.
The sportsbook's WWE odds are found under 'Other Sports' on the 5Dimes Website's Betting Board.
