Randy Orton's MITB 2017 Odds Snipped

Randy Orton's odds to win the WWE World Championship match at this Sunday's Money in the Bank pay-per-view have been snipped in a market that's available on the Paddy Power Website.

The former titleholder, who opened as a 2/1 underdog, is now down to 7/4.

Jinder Mahal remains a favourite to successfully retain the strap. He was initially 1/3, but his price has been moved up to 2/5.

On last night's episode of Smackdown, punters witnessed Orton promise to win the title in his home town of St. Louis on Sunday and also blindsided his foe while the WWE Champion was doing a promo.

I guess the customers saw Orton standing strong and backed him to win the match.

In my opinion, there's a conflict as the babyface has promised to win the title, but also came out better than the champion in the segment where he attacked Mahal.

The title should stay with Mahal, but this does not rule out Orton winning by disqualification or count-out.
