More Observer Fast Lane 2019 Specials From Kambi

The oddsmakers from Kambi have added even more Wrestling Observer Newsletter star ratings specials to their coverage of tomorrow night's WWE Fast Lane PPV.

Along with markets that customers can find available for every PPV, like Highest Rated Match and Head-to-Heads, customers can find some new prop bets available to them.

In this post, I'll start off with the newer prop specials and then get to the regular Observer markets that we have come to expect from Kambi.

The props are titled, so I'll go through each one individually and then get to the other specials that are available

Proposition Markets

Brand Dominance
The 'Brand Dominance' special asks 'Any Raw match (incl. Becky Lynch .vs. Charlotte Flair and Women's Tag) to be solely awarded the highest star rating (including pre-show but excluding joint winners and matches not advertised before the start of the event)' and is offering 'Yes' at 5/4 and the 'No' at 11/20.

Curtain-Raiser
This prop asks the customers to bet on the 'First match to start on the main card to be awarded the highest star rating (including join winners and pre-show but excluding matches not advertised before the start of the event).
I believe there's an obvious error in this market as the 'Yes' is 3/5 and the 'No' is 6/5. I would have expected it to be the other way around. Either that or I have comprehended the question incorrectly.

Joint Winners
This market has been set up to allow customers to bet on two or more matches to get the highest number of stars in Dave Meltzer's review of Fast Lane.
The wording of the market is - '2 or more matches to be awarded the highest star rating (including pre-show). The options, and their prices, are: 'Yes' is 5/4 and 'No' is 11/20.

Main Event
Kambi's wording for the prop titled 'Main Event' goes like this: 'Last match to start to be awarded the highest star rating (including joint-winners and pre-show, but excluding matches not advertised before the start of the event)'.
They've priced the 'Yes' at 9/5 and the 'No' is 4/11.
As I've mentioned numerous times, I believe the Six-Man match should go last, so my wagering is going with that logic. I won't be taking the 'No', but that's what I would have bet on had I felt compelled to wager on it.

Title Match
The prop named 'Title Match' is for 'A match valid for any Championship to be awarded the highest star rating (including joint winners and pre-show but excluding matches not advertised before the start of the event).
'Yes' is 13/25 and 'No' is 13/10.

Women
The 'Women' prop asks 'Any match featuring only women as active participants to be awarded the highest star rating (including joint winners and pre-show but excluding matches not advertised before the start of the event).
The bookies have given 1/6 to 'No' and the 'Yes' is out at 13/4.

Lowest Rated Match Proposition

There's a special in which customers can punt on the Smackdown Women's Championship match to receive the least amount of stars in Dave Meltzer's review. The wording is 'Smackdown Women Championship match to be awarded the lowest star rating (including pre-show and joint lowest but excluding matches not advertised before the start of the event and matches with no ratings/duds)

'Yes' is 13/20 and 'No' is 11/10.

Head-to-Heads

The bookies have created two head-to-head or matchbet specials where two matches are opposed to one another. The customers has to bet on the bout - out of the two - they believe will get the most stars in Meltzers review.

The first head-to-head that's available sees Daniel Bryan .vs. Kevin Owens for the WWE Championship paired against the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship.

The 'WWE Championship' selection is EVS, the Raw Tag Team Championship contest is 23/20 and the option to bet on both matches to have the same amount of stars is 17/10.

The second special has Becky Lynch .vs. Charlotte Flair matched against the trios match.

The ladies' match has been given 6/4, The Shield .vs. Corbin, Lashley and McIntyre is 4/6 and the 'Same Star Rating' option is 2/1.

If you've read recent posts, I'm sure you'll be aware that I am expecting the Lynch .vs. Flair match to be a different kind of match than what we're used to.

Highest Rated Match

As per usual, the bookies have put up a special where clients can bet on the match they believe will get the most stars in Dave Meltzer's review of the event.

As you can see, Kevin Owens .vs. Daniel Bryan - for the 'WWE Championship' - and the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship three-way are joint-favourites at 6/4.

They're followed by the Rey Mysterio .vs. Andrade Kick Off match at 2/1. Becky Lynch .vs Charlotte Flair  and the match is squares off against in the head-to-head markets - The Shield .vs. Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley - are at 4/1.

The selection that covers the rest of the card - 'Any Unlisted Match' - is 13/2.

Exact Star Rating

Another regular Observer special from Kambi is one where clients can gamble on the 'Exact Star Rating of the Highest Rated Match of the Card'.

'Exactly 4 Stars' and 'Exactly 3.75 Stars' are joint 2/1 faves. They're followed by 'Exactly 4.25' at 5/2, then 'Exactly 4.5 Stars' at 3/1.

The option to bet '3.5 Stars or less' is 19/4 while the highest option available - 'Exactly 4.75 or More' is 5/1.
