Notes About Observer US Championship Markets For Clash 2019

I've just taken a look through all of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter star ratings markets from Kambi for tonight's PPV and noticed only a couple of them have changed. Both concern the WWE United States Championship match.

As you can see in the table below, the bookies have adjusted the O/U market for AJ Styles title defence against Cedric Alexander in favour of the 'Over 3.75 Stars'.

The selection has been snipped from 5/4 into 23/20.

US Championship
O 3.75
E 3.75
U 3.75
12/9 7:00PM
5/4
43/20
3/4
15/9 10:00AM
23/20
11/5
4/5

With the 'Over' lowered, the options to wager on 'Exactly 3.75 Stars' and 'Under 3.75 Stars' have moved out to 11/5 from 43/20 and 4/5 from 3/4 respectively.

The United States Championship match is included in one of Kambi's head-to-head specials where it is up against both of Seth Rollins' matches of the night.

The winning selection will be the match/es that receives the most stars in Dave Meltzer's review of the pay-per-view in next week's issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Styles .vs. Alexander is now 3/5 to be the best match out of both of Rollins' offerings. It was initially 4/6.

With the selection cut, the 'Any Rollins Match' selection has increased from 7/5 to 6/4 and the 'Same Star Rating' option - which will need the US Championship match and the highest rated bout from either or both of Rollins' matches to tie - has been pushed to 9/4 from 43/20.

The match remains an even-money favourite to receive the most stars in Dave Meltzer's review in a market I wrote about in THIS POST from Thursday.
