It is looking more than likely that SumerSlam will feature a trios match with The Shield going up against Mark Henry & The Usos.
The current television angles featuring all six wrestlers leads to this assumption.
From a betting perspective, The Shield should be the favourites once the odds are posted. 'Should' being the operative word.
