I've taken another look at the WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs betting odds at 5Dimes.com and have noticed the favourites being backed more heavily. I have also noticed a slight change in betting on tomorrow's main event.
Firstly, here's how the odds for the favourites have changed since this morning:
CM Punk from -1500 to -3000 (1/30 UK)
The Wyatt Family -2750 to -4500 (1/45 UK)
AJ Lee -2450 to -4500 (1/45 UK)
Big E. Langston -20000 to -32500 (1/325)
Fandango -1500 to -4500 (1/45 UK)
The prices for the competitors in the main event haven't made dramatic shifts like in the other bouts on the card. I noted in a previous post that this is similar to betting patterns for October's Battleground main event which ended with no actual winner.
John Cena started the day as a +200 underdog. Today's betting has seen his price lowering to +150 (2.50 EU, 6/4 UK). Punters can currently place wagers on Randy Orton at odds of -190 (1.53 EU, 10/19 UK).
All prices correct at time of publishing. For the latest, check 5Dimes.com
That's very astute of you to mention the similarity with the Battleground betting patterns. The main event is a puzzler. HHH guarantees a winner! I now believe HHH, himself, will walk away with the belts!!! I'm pretty certain that Randy Orton wont win, so I wont be betting on him. This is a long shot- maybe he will introduce A.J. Styles and he will pick up the scraps and walk away with the belts. (wont happen) P.F.
ReplyDeleteA lot have been speculating on the Triple H scenario and it can play in to Vince McMahon's return.
DeleteI still like the two titles switching hands idea even though that looks unlikely now that there has been a guarantee.
Your AJ idea is crazy!
On a related note, have you noticed any William Hill odds this weekend at all? I've made the usual check but they haven't been posted when I have looked.
Good luck with all your bets!
So far, William Hill have not posted any odds for this PPV. I think that the wild fluctuations are putting them off!..Paddy Power will always post odds because they are a rebellious bookmaker- even though they are slow to pay out on certain bets! HHH gave a psuedo-corporate interview where he guaranteed one winner. I'm going to put my money on Cena, because I think Orton is becoming a bit stagnant on TV. It would be an abysmal decision to make him unified champion.... This match offers the perfect platform for a Cena heel turn or even a semi-heel turn- that's if he ever turns heel. Cena or HHH will walk out of TLC with a belt or belts!!! HHH said that there will be a "champion of champions"- that kind of resonates with "king of kings" P.F.
ReplyDeleteThanks for replying.
Delete'Champion of Champions' is quite the line. Looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.
